This is an excellent source. I drive all the way from Ontario to pick up my Bimix. Very satisfied with the medication and the people are very accomodating.

Everyone there is friendly and attentive to your needs.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and their service gets progressively worse. I placed an order for my prescription early Friday morning as soon as they opened and here it is Monday late afternoon and they still have not processed my prescription. They told me it won't even be processed until Tuesday and hopefully will be mailed out by the end of the day. I think it's time to find another compounding pharmacy. Oh the time before this when I called to renew my prescription they sent my prescription out FedEx without my permission and that cost me 60 bucks. I called and complained and thankfully they refunded my money.

Always have everything ready and accurate. I have used them for almost twenty years. Price is very affordable for me.

Unbelievably incompetent, the only reason I gave them 2-stars instead of 1, is that they were quite polite while being totally incompetent. I have gone there for 5 prescription renewals, and only one time was the prescription ready when I came in. One time it took 2 weeks to renew the prescription, during which time they lied and said that they had tried to contact my doctor several times (my doctor's office said they never got the call), and they said they had called me several times, and they had not. This last time, my prescription bottle said that there was one more refill due, and I renewed my prescription online, and when I went in to pick it up several days later, the prescription was not ready. They said it was because I had no refills available. If so why did my bottle say I had 1 more refill? Why didn't they call me? How did the website allow me to go through the renewal process without letting me know that there were no more refills? They apologized and gave me a week's worth and promised that they would contact my doctor and me the following week. Once again they said they were unable to contact my doctor and unable to contact me, yet they had not called me, there was no record of a call or of a voicemail. How do these guys stay in business?

This pharmacy is great. I have been ordering from them for over 8 years and have had excellent service and turnaround time. No one is perfect but the VERY few times there has been a mistake or miscommunication, they have been 100% agreeable about fixing the problem

Every phone dealings I have had with University...they have been quite polite and helpful. Other reviews have talked about trimix losing effectiveness. Mine did as well (too soon). As I carefully read my prescription...I notice my trimix was a month old before I even got it. This seems bad.

This is hands down the best pharmacy delivery service. easy to use app and quick delivery, even has an option to leave without signature.
What else can you ask for?

The UCP folks are very fast and efficient. I had a problem with my TRI-MIX product losing its effectiveness before the expiration date. I reported the issue to a pharmacist, and she replaced the product on the spot. This is great customer service.

They have a quality of control that is very poor. They are atypical California mentality, buyer beware. I switched tow texas company that has an attention to detail and you-get what you pay for

Bam! In and Out! I should have asked for a "Double Double" while I was there. I saved big time with my prescription. WalMart wanted quadruple the price! I will be back!!!
