One of the nicest towers on the main King Fahad Road is Alkifah Tower. There are 14 floors suitable for business offices, Alkifah real estate internal system to manage this building is fantastic, operating and maintenance team are good, the tower has passed successfully many audits from civil defense authority in Eastern province.
Last but not least, there is a luxury restaurant in Paint house

Commercials tower with many corporate offices including Meem, the new generation bank by GIB. Away from city traffic and prime secured area.

The company's location is excellent and the service is distinguished from the employees

GIB IT team works here in 2 floors here. It was a great experience with enough security. Limited options for in house dining.
