Unbelievably incompetent, the only reason I gave them 2-stars instead of 1, is that they were quite polite while being totally incompetent. I have gone there for 5 prescription renewals, and only one time was the prescription ready when I came in. One time it took 2 weeks to renew the prescription, during which time they lied and said that they had tried to contact my doctor several times (my doctor's office said they never got the call), and they said they had called me several times, and they had not. This last time, my prescription bottle said that there was one more refill due, and I renewed my prescription online, and when I went in to pick it up several days later, the prescription was not ready. They said it was because I had no refills available. If so why did my bottle say I had 1 more refill? Why didn't they call me? How did the website allow me to go through the renewal process without letting me know that there were no more refills? They apologized and gave me a week's worth and promised that they would contact my doctor and me the following week. Once again they said they were unable to contact my doctor and unable to contact me, yet they had not called me, there was no record of a call or of a voicemail. How do these guys stay in business?
