Can't really say negative about the company itself, more the contract. You could get hired on, then stuck in the same position, for the same pay, for years. All the while others get picked for positions you should get, but they don't go by seniority. Supervisor is a mess. They're always looking for people, because everyone keeps leaving.

Not everybody feels the same. It could be based on your own personal abilities or inabilities, however if its about mismangement of the company then that is a different story, maybe its just not the job for you or you the right person for them. Give them a chance and let it be your own experience, before you destroy the reputation of an entire company. Thank you
Admiral Security is an amazing company! They provide quality service and do their absolute best to take care of their staff. They are truly an all time great company.
This is about the worst company you could work for, I was with them for almost five years, if your new to the industry take it from me. There are a lot of other great companies out there.. I'm certain some of the staff there, will see this review and try and defend the company for which I still would question their sanity and competence.
I have worked for this company for 5 years now, beginning right after my career with the Army ended. I started as a part time Security Officer and worked my way up through the ranks. Since I began, I have always felt like this company takes care of their employees and is fair during both reward and punishment. Many of the Managers and Administrative staff have gone above and beyond to try and help Security Officers during times of need. I've witnessed the Management Team personally pick up employees for work in 4X4 trucks during inclement weather throughout the winter season. Management has always made themselves available to receive phone calls 24/7. I very happy with my job at Admiral Security Services and would recommend it to anyone looking to begin a career in private security.
So, this agency is the contracted company that actively patrols Lake Wilderness in Spotsylvania, VA. This alleged "safe" community, across the street from the gated and obviously better maintained, Fawn Lake, has a female security officer who is contracted to write "speeding" tickets within Lake Wilderness I and Lake Wilderness II. Over the course of a few weeks, I have monitored this woman tracking and ticketing OUTSIDE agencies and guests to the communities, and NOT individuals that actually Own or Rent property within the subdivision. Upon further investigation, I learned that she (they) are required to meet a "quota" for speeding tickets monthly. When asked directly about her (their) authority to write tickets, she will quote verbatim her authorization from the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office and show you the official ticket book. Lake Wilderness is NOT an upscale established community. And while there is bias when it comes to writing "speeding" tickets (this is a misnomer because she will ticket ONLY outsiders, i.e. mail carriers, package handler trucks, tow trucks, phone company trucks, and ANYTHING with a company name on the side of the vehicle) she (they) disregard people who live in the community and give them a pass when they drive 30mph instead of the posted 25mph. The Lake Wilderness HOA pays her salary through the contract to this company. It is a bias and profiling agency that allows an authoritative person with an Inferiority Complex to target and punish people who are trying to do business inside the subdivision instead of just maintaining a security presence on the property.
Don t pay enough and you definitely aren t going to get too much overtime which is not enough for me and my mouths to feed. Company I was stationed at was very unorganized we never received an supervisor nor did the one that I did finally meet stay no longer than a couple weeks. Just too much going on for just one or a couple people to be in charged.
