Excellent staff, excellent care! Not only is the staff knowledgeable and sympathetic, they're very inclusive and treat patients like competent human beings. Never have I felt so respected as a client and adult as I do when discussing my care with the providers here. Moreover, they're always available for emergency phone consultations and are incredibly patient without any condescension, as I discovered when dealing with immense pain outside standard hours. Also, they care about your budget almost as much as you do, offering non-credit payment plans and helping you determine your financially best options in emergencies. If you can get coverage, I highly recommend U of U Sugarhouse, ESPECIALLY if you are LGBT!
The billings department they don't know what they doing i went to see tha doctor i didn't get prescribe anything and i got a bill for $687.90 for a "treatment that never received and the "fix it" and a month later i had another bill for $435.00 for an other "treatment" that never received i never going back to that shady place....
