Very responsible in doing your job respectful and friendly I recommend it.

My immigration lawyer recommended the clinic. I read the reviews after separating my appointment and I was a little scared. In my experience they have treated me very well, they have been gentle and correct. They explained to me the details, everything you should know and six days later they called me to inform me that my envelope with the results was ready to pick up. Good attention from Silvia and Dr. Cobble.

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER!! I honestly don t know how can he continues working in there. He is so unprofessional and rude! Instead of helping people to reschedule an appointment he instead yells at you and hang up. So if this clinic wants clients they need to fired this person first because everyone is going to ended up looking somewhere else than treating with someone like him!

I'd attest to most of the one star ratings here. Canyons Medical Center is hands down the least professional medical facility in the valley. I say this for the following reasons. First, the facility canceled our appointment without notice.This was after talking to a representative two days before to schedule an appointment and a day before the appointment to confirm. (I have the meta-data for proof) Only after an angry complaint on the spot did the receptionist assured that we'd be seen albeit after waiting an hour. Second, the tech that does the physical examination (you do not get to meet Dr. Cobble) was less than impressive. He never answered any of our questions and just referred us to "the paper." In fact, he never really talks to you directly or faces you directly. Maybe he has some kind of mental condition. He also smells a bit. Third, the facility smells too (But really on a more serious note cleanliness of the facility is questionable). It's not a place you'd feel comfortable getting your blood drawn let alone any non-invasive medical procedure.

Dr. Cobble really needs to reevaluate his staff and make serious changes immediately. His tech is unprofessional and downright dishonest. (I've later found out he was the one that lied about us "cancelling the appointment," just so he can get away from the office. The receptionist was kind and probably the only silver-lining from this experience) I believe the state of his facility attests to his staffs' lack of commitment to keep a clean welcoming atmosphere.

For now, driving a couple more miles to another USCIS appointed facility for immigration medical exam would be highly recommended. This place is best avoided. I also plan to complain to USCIS for allowing such a sub-optimal facility/staff maintain its accreditation for I-693 medical exams.

Very rude receptionist and unprofessional - I'm the type of person that's very patient and understanding with people, but he had no reason to treat me like this. I ended up just not setting up a time for an appointment for that reason. Not a good first impression.

The worst customer experience i have recieved in my entire life so far. The doctor was not only disrespectful to my mother but also arrogant. The only good thing in that dump is the hispanic receptionists.

I was here 8 months ago, it was excellent. But today Nov 4th 2019, I called again to make another appointment for immigration check. The Male receptionist got the call and answered my very first question with a racist attitude on my accent (he whispered "oh my gosh" to the phone for my very first attempt to ask for a repeat and many long sighs for each of my following questions). I'm sure that the Male receptionist attitude need to be fixed or else good luck finding other new customers.
And if the guy had a bad day before answering my phone (10:30 am), my apology!!

If there was a 0 out of 5 I would do it. I was there for an immigration medical exam and it was the worst customer service besides the Hispanic lady. They have some white trash girls working the front that don't know how to deal with people. Dr. Cobble is a sorry excuse for a dr. Lazy and unprofessional are two small words to describe him. Don't waste your time or money here

I recently had my first laser treatment at Dr. Cobbles office and absolutely LOVED it; very clean, nice staff, and personable. Will definitely go back!

Worried after reading the reviews. Didn't have any problems. Dr Diaz is very direct and efficient and they did all the paperwork in a week for us without a problem.

Dr. Cobble is very kind, do not blind from some reviews. If doctors often smile to you and say, fine, it s OK. Do you really believe in them? If you choose them, just trust them.

Much of what is described in the reviews below, and we were concerned about-did not happen to us. Went for the documentation for immigration and though the office seemed "worn out" and not very welcoming-and a bit impersonal -the process and people was without complaint. Though, when given a shot, bruising resulted but healed of course.

Dr. Cobble has been my primary care Physician for nearly 10 years. During that time I have had several orthopedic surgeries. Dr. Cobble has been there for me throughout all of them. He has helped incredibly with my medications, and my overall health and wellness. Dr. Cobble is the kind of Doctor you can talk to about what is really going on with your health- he is not judgmental or condescending. He takes time to spend with each patient to truly understand their condition. The MD VIP program has been great too. Very easy access to the doctor and staff at Canyons Medical Center. Thanks for all you do!

I have been coming to Canyons Medical Center for the last 3 years. I appreciate the experience and knowledge that Dr. Cobble gives to each patient as they are a member of MDVIP. He is well educated in Behavioral Meds, as well as his extensive experience in all things Cardiovascular. He is able to dedicate over 40 minutes to an hour in his private practice to go over my concerns without making me feel unheard or rushed. I am also very excited for the new Lasers that can help with recent weight loss in tightening and firming as well as cellulite reduction. Great office that offers it all in one trip.

They do not help. And they mess things up. I'm in the process of of going on a mission. And they didn't even fill the form out right. The people there are very rude.

The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wouldn t help me reschedule my appointment and even hung up on me. Not sure who it is but I ve never had see this type of treatment in a medical office. I will most definitely take my business elsewhere.

The doctor and nurse super friendly and very clear to provide information, excellent service

The receptionist working the morning of June 25, 2019 was extremely rude. That interaction alone was enough to make me never schedule an appointment here. Whoever runs the CMC&W: Might be time to hire a new receptionist!

I would like to give it less than 0 stars the costumer service experience was horrible they treat you without any respect and are not polite would not recommend to anyone around the area.

IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAM
They pestered me to come in and reminding me to pay and then afterwards they didnt follow up with my blood test, no info or concern on what happened after.

RUDEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I literally get yelled at for asking questions and making sure I'm not just walking in as their door literally says "Appointment Only" and then get told to come in Mon, Wed, Fridays.

I would recommend ANYWHERE else but HERE.

I got referred by my immigration lawyer to this doctor for a medical exam to help my mom get her green card. And I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. Cobble treated us disrespectfully and very arrogantly. He lied about not receiving my mother's TB test result which was faxed directly to his office. He either lost it or just didn't care to check this fax machine so I ended up requesting the hospital twice to fax the result over. Afterwards I called to get his confirmation and he didn't respond to my call or message. I finally asked the lawyer's staff to get involved, to give him a nudge and sure enough he called back and said "we received it a while ago and there was not need for you to call". Well you should have said that before I did all the work. I am letting the lawyer know about this experience so he won't refer anyone to this doctor anymore.
