Scheduled appt online. Little waiting once I got there. Got the care I needed. Great staff.
Scheduled appt online. Little waiting once I got there. Got the care I needed. Great staff.
Staff very friendly and really show that they care about your health. I felt really cared for! Thank you
Love the doctors here, have only good things to say about them. Always patient and answer all our concerns thoroughly. Love Dr. Patterson especially!
We changed from another pediatrics office and wow the difference was amazing. Dr. D'Hulst was great. She spoke with my kids like they were important she joked with them and made them feel wanted.i could not ask for a enter appointment. My son is captain 50 questions and she took the time and answered everyone of his questions without hesitation or annoyance. Glad I made the switch
The Dr and the nurse were very professional and kind. I was not wanting to go to the doctor with past bad experience and PTSD. They could tell I didn't want to be there and they put me at ease. They should be comended for there great work.
Avoid the Rockwood Clinic at all costs. The clinic is not at all patient friendly. When you ask them for an bill, they say wait . And then you will find out that your bill is already in a collection agency. Your credit rating and reputation are corrupted! Why - because the employees do not care about you and your problems, they are not responsible for their poor work. Do your homework - read online reviews of people.
Friendly staff, competent providers, relatively no wait time, quality care.
My treatment here has been pretty hit or miss over the years unfortunately. My breaking point for switching providers to a PCP at the Cheney location was when my original doctor in pediatrics told me Other people have it worse when I mentioned I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be out of pain. That and some other things said in the patient room that same day (including that my riding days were likely over) sent me into a complete downward spiral. I felt totally dismissed by my doctor and it was a horrible feeling on top of being in pain and the stress of not being able to work because I m in pain. She basically told me to suck it up because apparently I shouldn t seek treatment when there are patients out there dying.
My favorite urgent care in Spokane. I really like being able to make an appointment , so you don t have to sit in the waiting room forever. Good care by medical providers who do their work with friendly professionalism.
Always a super quick and pleasant experience when I have been there!
I had such a positive visit. I was in so much pain and the staff was so nice and helping and caring. Cassandra the nurse practitioner was amazing. Thank you for the amazing care I received.
Came in and was diagnosed with the type A flu.
Thank you MultiCare for creating a friendly environment.. being polite, treating me very nicely, and answering my questions.
One star is definetely giving them the benefit of doudt. I am going to save my time and find that place where people are interested in helping me.
Great Doctors at emergency room he had 2 one was Dr Heine
MRI appointment at 7:45 building is locked till 8. Good thing I am early
I have gone here for many years and love my doctor and the staff but ever since multi care took over their phone service has become terrible. I have been on hold for 15 minutes to ask a a simple question and this seems to be typical. I have waited up to half an hour just to make an appointment. Pick a doctor at a small practice that actually answers the phone!
Really appreciate being seen so quickly on a Sunday.
I felt very cared for here. Best Urgent Care in the area, by far.
I was recently assigned PA at Rockwood Clinic. Made the appointment through Multicare. I was a new patient. Showed up for my appointment and was informed by the woman at the desk that the PA refused to see me because he didn't have my records. I tried to explain I just needed to get a refill on my current meds. He still refused to see me. Guess I'll just go off my blood pressure meds and stroke out.
The doctors and nurses were all professional and nice. I came in a wheelchair and just about had a coronary getting up the steep incline into the building! The handicap parking is far from the entrance if you are in a wheelchair or just in pain for walking. Have a little compassion for the handicapped!
Hello fellow googlers. I am hear to tell you today that Rockwood clinic is not only the great practice of misdiagnosing, but it is also dangerous for your health.
It's been three months since my injury from dancing. During that time, it took a month to get anyone in Rockwood to believe that it was more than just a mild sprain; I went to two different Rockwoods, and the main doctors are convinced if there are no visible break on an x-ray you are fine. This is dangerous because ligament damage(which I am experiencing right now) and breaks that are very small in the wrist can be detremental if not caught correctly.
Later down the road, after my scaphoid healed, after running what it seems like an uphill battle, I finally got to see the orthopediest. His assistant met me twice: both times I openly complained about painful inflammation and she wrote it off saying: "its a sprain. It takes up to six months to heal." That may be true, but small symptoms such as slight pain appear after a few months, not inflammation of the whole hand or loss of feeling in the tip of the index finger. You could figure this one out by simply typing in google search. Do not go here. I have met with them several times over the past few months and have been given no advice, just "stay off it." I'm already at my 4 month mark and I can still feel my ulna popping out of place. They do their diagnosis by look. So unless you have a visible break, they couldn't diagnosis a single thing. Didn't even get asked for an MRI. She told me I might have a slight tear in my ligaments, but she didn't bother to go any further. WHAT!? Avoid for your health as it can cause you to miss out on things that can help you as months go by. I have yet to be called back for a revist--but I have been called several time to pay my bill. Complete scam.
I have visited several doctors at Rockwood and have had a great experience. Since MultiCare bought it, it has been so much better.
The staff at MultiCare Rockwood Main Clinic were so kind and thoughtful! I was seen and on my home in record time! Their first concern was always for my comfort. I received 8 staples the morning I went in after my pup s paw collided with my head. I would highly recommend this clinic. They genuinely care about their patients, treat them as guests, returning them to their regular activities as soon as reasonably possible.
I was told in a very friendly manner that my glasses could take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Well, after just under two weeks they arrived and I was called by one of the receptionist. She sounded so happy for me and genuinely caring. Never had a optometrist care so much about helping out. Would definitely recommend :) so friendly.
I liked the specialist I seen at the eye clinic very much. But something is truly wrong in the billing dept. They sent me the first and only statement dated June 13th and then I paid what I owed a few days later after I received it in the mail. But hey, that wasn't good enough, so it was sent to collections a week or so after I mailed the money to Maine, where they want payments sent. I think they are crooks and I will now never do business with them again. Sending a bill to collection within two weeks of mailing me the bill is dishonest. There are plenty of other doctors and specialists that won't ruin my credit or make me use my valuable time to clear my name. Bad Business practices and probably illegal practices, too!!!!!
Wow! Never been treated by such a disrespectfull doctor. Will NEVER go to this clinic again. One star is too good but there is no lower rating.
Very efficient and very quick to recognize the issue was beyond the scope of your facility and referred us to Sacred Heart.
if I could give a -100 star rating I would. If your objective is to be "seen" by the doctor as quick as possible and diagnosed ever quicker this is the place for you. Should change the name to "Treat and Street" Brought my son in after flu exposure with fever, sore throat and respiratory distress. The doc spent a total of 2 minutes in the room. No vitals, only listened to lungs, refused to do a flu swab because "The Flu is winding down and were not as seeing many people with flu and Tamiflu is too expensive" even though every single person in the waiting room was wearing a mask, coughing, and in severe respiratory distress! Diagnosed my son with ear infection and didnt even look in his ear with a scope!!! Treated with 1950s antibiotics and asthma inhaler and sent us on our way. Didnt bother to check lymph nodes or look in his throat but assured me if he had strep it the antibiotic would cover it. Thats cool but whats causing the fever??? A bunch of guessing and one size fits all medicine that should probably be practiced out of a van or in an alley....
I like coming to this urgent care clinic, the staff are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend!!
I was visiting Spokane and hurt my knee on the way and had to have it checked. Everyone here was amazing! Polite, professional, kind, and caring and I feel they gave me the best care I could have asked for! Awesome group here!
Avoid going to Multicare. Horrible billing supervisors. Never call back after being promised they will. Have had billing issues going on 8 months now. Not even a single step towards resolution.
Very strong physicians throughout the Rockwood system.
1 of the women at the front desk has VERY poor privacy concerns. She read out my complete phone number for not only myself but my emergency contact, read the job that I m working at as well as other information for the me in a semi loud tone and asks to see my insurance card and license every time I go in when the insurance card is in their systems. The first time she asked she stated that she needed the card in the system. The next time I went in she stated it was a part of policy to ask every time but why do you need to ask for that information when it s clearlg updated in the system. When I asked her this question she gives me a different answer every time I go in. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and annoying. In my opinion the way that she was reading my complete information is totally violating to Hippa laws and I will be filing a complaint as I ve already expressed each time my dissatisfaction with this not only to her but a nurse working there. When I confronted the nurse with this information she said she will ask and double check and said nothing to me ever again during my visit. Other than this I absolutely love Rockwood clinic, they are amazing and always willing to help, I take my kid here as well and would not want to go any other place.
Multicare is going downhill in it's service to patients. You now have to wait for a doctor to call in your prescription, because apparently they no longer trust their hard working nurses to do the job!
This means waiting longer for the doctor who may have to wait until after seeing all his patients for the day and then while doing day end charts will he finally get to calling in your prescription. By this time it could be late in the evening. Some people have caregivers, use transit or other means and won't get that prescription they may need that day; they will have to wait till the next day! That wouldn't happen if a nurse were still able to send them in!
Great Staff. However there needs to be a dress code. The nurses should
dress like a nurse. The nurses should wear scrubs and look like nurses not like bank tellers..
Compassionate and caring from all staff.
. Christine Barnes
Rockwood has always treated me right except the eye clinic after my eye test went to find out about glasses the lady at the desk was very rude to me and would not help me send a text to my ride saying I was done then she told me nothing but my exam was covered so I went to Walmart and got lenses and frames all covered by my insurance.
The Front staff are so amazing and beautiful! They are always professional with a side of humor to lighten your day. The MA and other nurses there truly go the extra mile to help any and all clients. They are always professional and on time, unless it's something out of their control. Dr Lora Jasman is one of three doctors there. She is understanding, patient, and when you are always honest with her and yourself, she will also go the extra mile even more to truly help all those in need of her specific specialty. You can always trust all information remains private and guarded. This overall is the best clinic staff I've ever had the honor of being accepted as their patient. We all struggle at times but knowing they are here makes it so your no longer alone and wont ever be again. They truly make you feel as if a part of their recovery family. No judgement ever! And absolute patients and kindness set them so far ahead of all other clinics. Take this seriously. They can and will work with you to save your life and help you become happy and healthy and get you on the right path to a lifetime of sobriety. Take a chance on them, they'll prove to be your best decision ever! Call to get your life back!
MultiCare is a non profit. Why is that? Because the State of Washington is trying to keep medical service affordable and available to as many as possible. Despite all the political rhetoric America is getting poorer as the top 1% get richer. We in the other 99% make do as best we can. Your care givers are in that group. Remember you can control your attitude but they can't control yours. Help yourself and be kind. You will find they are much more helpful.
These people are so rude and disrespectful the lady at the front counter should lose her job and never be able to work at a front desk again.
Get ready for burueacratic nonsense everytime you want a simple prescription filled. Asthma and cholesterol refills require an appointment every time they are filled.
I've been a Rockwood customer for 15 years. I 've liked the services there. But... yesterday I received a call from their collection agency. I had an unpaid bill I didn't know about. My fault.
I wish Rockwood would have called me before turning it over to CBS Financial?, to a woman who goes by name of Lisa. I'm an easy going guy but she got under my skin immediately. She has the tapes to prove it. This lady is creating ill will for Rockwood. My fault. I own up to it. I corrected it. Doesn't change the fact that "Lisa" is burning bridges for Rockwood.
I'm disappointed in you Rockwood. As a long-time customer I would appreciate a call from your accounting department if this happens again, rather than turning this over to this collection company. If not, at least give the work to a company who has professionals working for them.
It's our 1st choice for urgent care. They've got imaging equipment and a lab in the building so it gets handled all at once. We like when we see PA, Heather Stout. She listened to my son cough and was able to tell what types of issues he had as a toddler. Not the place to go if you're wanting a prescription for pain, though. They're only going to treat an issue, not disguise it.
If Rockwood Clinic could get away with it, they would have Physician Assistants performing brain surgery. Impossible to see a M.D.
The Physician Assistants are rude and arrogant.
This is the very best place I've ever been too.And I have been to alot of places.Everyone here is friendly, professional ,caring, And I am so happy to have everyone at Rockwood main they are the best
I was impressed on how dr turner spoke with my child and made her feel cared for. Dr turner also was very helpful in explaining things to me (mother).
Everyone in pediatrics, the lab, and scheduling is incredibly nice and patient. They have never once been rude to me and have helped me as best they can every time. Amazing staff.
I went to this urgent care for an sinus infection. I was laughed at and told to take Ibuprofen and sleep. I could hear the "doctor" laughing at me in the hallway. I now have a double ear infection as well as a sinus infection. I'll tell everyone I know, not to go here!
W.O.W. the incompetence never fails to surprise me. After 5 years same insurance the Rockwood office can not even send the correct insurance paperwork to get prescriptions. Bronchitis and sinus infection and waiting 4 hours to get the prescriptions. 3 weeks ago, it was mandatory- byRockwood to have a blood test to refill my thyroid script. opps they didnt run the thyroid test. 2 years ago my husband was mandated to have a heart stress test. went to Rockwood southill- their machine has been broken- the nurse told us, but they still used it. INACURATE!!! oh, and hire a damn janitor, your exam rooms are disgusting. zero out of 5
Absolutely horrible experience quite frankly. Extremely rude and childish receptionist, a doctor stared at my friends breasts, and when my other friend was STD tested they NEVER CALLED BACK WITH THE RESULTS and if his girlfriend wouldn't have gone to planned parenthood they would have gone without knowing. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, called to complain and the call got ignored by the lady who is supposed to take complaints and they never addressed it. Recommending everyone I know to stay as far away from here as possible
Amazing staff...from the first person that took my information to the doctor that treated me. It was such a smooth process. Best urgent care experience! The doctor was excellent, really listened, very thorough, and seemed to care.
We adore Fiona Dennison at Rockwood Clinic Pediatrics! As a new mother, she has helped me navigate this new chapter with grace and I fully trust her care for our baby.
I am so thankful that you all were able to help me. I love my rockwood family of doctors and nurses! You all are so AMAZING at helping me when I need it most! You care like family, thank you
This has been the worst medical care I have ever been a witness to. My mom was diagnosed with failure to thrive a placed with hospice. The office on 32nd refused to help with her care or tend to her medical needs. Thank God kindred took over and provided the needed medical care she deserved. We took my moms sister there too. She is mentally and physically disabled and a danger to her self and others. The office on 32nd was again non responsive to her condition and provided inappropriate care and have been so unsupportive insensitive to her needs as well.
This corporate medical service is not competent to care for anyone with real medical needs. Maybe if you have a cold and no need for real medical treatment they would be fine. Otherwise get a real doctor and a caring responsive medical facility. I changed to Providence and have been very satisfied.
The Doctors and Medical Staff are great, but the billing department will make you insane. Nothing is every billed right and all lab work through their Radia group will be billed to you at 100% - they alway list teh claim as denied. It will take two or three phone calls and even contact with the Insurance Commission to get everything resolved
I saw Margaret Chilcott, DO at Rockwood Family Medicine Center. Her staff was nice enough. She was very punctual. But she didn't treat me like a person. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked questions, and didn't bother to answer all of them. Later when I was nearly in tears she looked like she was disgusted with me. I've never felt so inhuman as Dr. Chilcott made me feel. Then at the end of the visit she tried to shake my hand like we were friends or something. Maybe that made her think she was being personable, but she wasn't. She's cold and rude.
I would give NO STARS. Everyone in Spokane knows you only go here due to lack of options in our area. I received a bill A YEAR after my appointment for a co pay, that I'm saying i paid cash for. I received 1 phone call MONTHS later, and she said she would have a supervisor review and call me back. I received no call. Today i received a call from another lady and she said "oh i see why this wasnt sent for supervisor review, its because your reason for non payment isnt good enough" IS THAT RIGHT!!?? Thats how you operate!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I again asked for a supervisor, and was told they werent available right now but i could continue to hold (after already holding for 15 minutes) But i have a job and cant sit on hold all day! This is a terrible way to do business. I will NEVER go back to Rockwood. I'll go see a witch doctor first.
My daughter is a patient of Dr. Luber, he's the most amazing children's doctor in all of Spokane.
Thank you Dr. Luber for caring so much for your young patients and listening to their parents concerns.
I take my son here. The doctors and nurses are nice and take their jobs very seriously.
I am an employee and no we did not get a raise like everyone else did. Yes, Rockwood is a crappy place to work. They pay their people less thinking that we are nothing but crap. thank god they sold out..
had to visit the CT dept.friday the 1st, thank you bob, peggy and staff.
made my visit very pleasent ,, ur all pros . edwin (ted) axelson
Dr didn t call in prescriptions- so now it s saturday and I m sol..... crappy place- I just would like people to do their jobs.
The staff was absolutely wonderful...pleasant and caring demeanor throughout. The attending doctor explained everything to me, provided some educational material, and made me feel like I was her only patient at that time! From the moment I walked in the doors to Urgent Care until I left, I could not have asked for more caring folks! Thanks so much!
Had a visit today. Heather Stout PA was not listening my concerns and ignored one of them, making it as not important and I should come back next time. She caused me so much stress with her unprofessionalism, so I could easily write a "chapter book " about everything she put me through the visit !! I was crying and demanded to see a manager. She said that she is a manager and now she offers me to be seen for unthreated concern. Finally, I asked to be evaluated and she admitted it.
My heart went through palpitations, I was exausted by the amount of stress and gained an extra pain instead of getting relief as it supose to be !! Patients go there to seek a professional care, not to gain stress and disrespect through their negligence and ruddeness !! What a horrible experience I went through and I will remember it for a long time !
Wonderful staff..The nurse and doctor really listened didnt rush and very thorough. Best visit to an urgent care I've ever experienced. In otherwords they seemed to actually care. Thank you
When I called I was told one thing and when I arrived I was told another. They bring you in with the understanding that it is all covered by your insurence and then when your there they start ordering things that are not covered. I am not that stupid rookwood you guys can rip someone else off. I will never be back and I will share this story with as many people as I can. What your doing is bad bussiness!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been to several different specialist Drs here. Always great.
Getting to see a provider at urgent care was quick. Leigh was knowledgeable, friendly and competent.
The nurse practitioner was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He lacked the "God complex" that most doctors are afflicted. He was able to keep up with all my questions and comments without denigrating me like another nurse practitioner at the Indigo Shadle location! I drove an extra ten miles to avoid the Shadle location. I am finally on the mend thanks to a caring and competent Brian Tennant.
The front desk staff were very friendly and sympathetic to my injury. My provider listened to me and gave me great care
The physician was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My only critique would be the time it took to be seen considering there was only 1 other person in the waiting area. Otherwise the staff were all pleasant and professional.
They saw me Thanksgiving day for a respiratory infection and did a fine job.
Went In to urgent care was 1st in line when they opened up at 8.01 am had stitches removed everyone was very pleasant and efficiency .
The staff is always friendly, informative and professional. Front desk, nurses and doctors are all consistent.
I have seen the provider named Kay there two times, for different issues. Both times I made an appointment online prior to coming in. Rockwood kept right to the schedule, and both times the wait was short. The staff at the front desk are very personable. Kay is very professional, & very thorough with questions & the exam. Both times her diagnosis was exactly right. She is an excellent provider. Always a great experience there!
It s a shame I even have to put a star down. This place doesn t even deserve a one star rating. I had to get labwork done twice in the last year and they have lost my labs both times. No one at Rockwood can explain to me where my information went or how it got lost . I feel like they are just losing information so they can bill the insurance more than one time and make more money. The paperwork not being received by my Dr. cost me tons of time and frustration. If you want people who don t answer your questions, waste your time and waste your money then this is the place for you!
They go the extra step for the patients & there family.
Urgent care! Called to make an appt time to avoid long wait. Arrived on time, was immediately processed, and very short wait. My nurse Jessica Nd the front desk get 10 s
I called twice on Sept. 9, 2014 for an appointment and waited over 20 minutes the first time and longer the second time to talk to a person only to find out my physician would be out of the office for a month. Seems somebody should have told me since my insurance will only cover a physical with my primary provider. I was told I would get a call back after the first call but did not get one. We've been patients of Rockwood Clinic for many years and feel the service is not what it used to be.
I saw Dr. Benedetto. She is very unhelpful if you have health problems. Which i do. I sprained a back muscle and she told me to stop taking Ibuprofen, and referred me to somewhere state medical wont cover. I was not pill seeking. I wanted a non narcotic meds because i am on my feet at work all day. She was not friendly at all. I now go to The doctors Clinic. They helped me right away. It has been nothing but issues at rockwood. Not to mention my son saw four different doctors including the dermatologist for his Excema. No one did a thing. And it led to his school calling CPS on us because it is so bad
I had food poisoning while visiting Spokane and needed to see a doctor. I showed up at 7:45 and was first in the door. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor very good. I was in and out in 45 minutes. One piece of advice: Arrive early. There were 6 people in line by the time the doors opened at 8:00 am.
Filled out paperwork to have records and bills sent to my attorney several months ago. Am now finding out that they were never sent. I even had a staff member check over the form and she said it had been filled out correctly. Is everyone at Rockwood completely incompetent?
I have been using Rockwood for many years and you guys are beyond amazing at what you do. Totally recommend you guys and your awesome caring team to friends and family members. Thank you for being there when we need you most.
Wow, to see the reviews here tells me that my info is needed as well. The WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in an eye clinic. Dr. Absalonson & his colleagues were unprofessional & added a lot of stress to a situation that didn't need to be stressful. I will never go here again and will always tell friends and family "DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WOULDN'T WISH IT ON ENEMIES!"
They refused to see me at urgent care because of seasonal allergies when I was there for something entirely unrelated.
Professional, friendly staff. Clean offices. Saw Sanitizer all over, Masks, clean paper on couch. No wait time. Doc appeared right after review of meds, symptoms. Etc. Smiles from staff and Doctor Melich! Doc always asks abt your conditions. Current aches. Pain, and in general, your very day status. He cares, and you know it. Never ever seen him look at his watch, like hurry up. Yes, we can feel that too. Doc Melich. Is gentle yet firm. He always explains what he is doing and why. Goes over exercises he has given, while you're at home. One of the very best docs in Spokane
Trying to get ahold if an actual real person on the phone is just not going to happen. Save yourself the trouble and find a different office or just go down there in person. This place is a joke.
