Worst agent ever. I graduated from SIIT (naati) ages ago but the refund is still processing since June 2017. I have been asking heaps of time about the refund and never did they ever give me a prompt response nor provide remittance for the transaction that had never been made at all. This is not about money but the customer service of this company is seriously lacking.

My friend asked me to go, so I went to the fair a few days ago and consulted. The office atmosphere was good and I had a lot of questions, but I was also annoyed and recommended the school I was looking for. The next time I go, I'll buy you a coffee and say hello. thank you. I will go when I need a student visa next time!

Worst company ever. Keep forgetting appointment, even client's name. I booked same Korean guy 2 times, and he wasn't there, when we're supposed to be at the first time, and then I accidently booked same guy at 1pm, and when i arrived apparetly he went out for his lunch break at the second time as well. Even he forgot to send Email what he is supposed to send information of visa for a contract, and he sent me after I asked to company massenger. Ignored answer of question about contract. Such a useless company. Thanks for a wasting my time
