Worst agent ever. I graduated from SIIT (naati) ages ago but the refund is still processing since June 2017. I have been asking heaps of time about the refund and never did they ever give me a prompt response nor provide remittance for the transaction that had never been made at all. This is not about money but the customer service of this company is seriously lacking.
