Love this place always try and visit at least once when in London.

Fantastic American food, friendly waiters, good homebrew and the best wings ive had in my life

Food was good but poor aircon and terrible service. The staff will talk and joke loudly to themselves whilst setting uo a table next to you. To top this off there is no phone reception....

I have been here several times and other branches as well, as expected we are plesed with the service and the food. However, the starter platter we had was a mix of chicken, pork ribs etc. Most of the pieces are.delicious but the pork ribs was overcooked. The service was impeccable although weekends are expected to be full house. It is highly advisable to book a table in advance especially for a bigger group. 2-3 days ahead is fine especially in the Covent garden branch.
The food was amazing and the price is reasonable.
Highly recommended.

I had been to this place in December and last week , I must say there was huge difference with regard to everything. We ordered lobster 4 way and one main platter. And it felt like we were served lobster shells. There was no meat , the shell was just filled with sauce. The only meat was in the lobster claws. My December visit was quite amazing compared to this one. The food was wonderful then and they even gave us an apron which they didn t this time. Disappointed by this visit.

Live music was good. Although can be a bit loud. I guess its a good place for drinks. The waitress who served us was very friendly and nice which earned the extra star. Otherwise food was only average, lobster was not fresh. We ordered Ice cream at the end but the cappuccino flavour we ordered was not good, felt like it melted at some point and then refrozen...

Excellently sized portions. Very tasty. Casual setting. Recommend.

Amazing night and great atmosphere and fantastic food! Highly recommend Big Easy!

We took a visit to Big Easy as my husband was desperate to go. I think maybe this is a bit more of a mans restaurant and it seems to be more focused on size than quality. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and didn t have a table reserved but managed to get a seat at the bar after not too long a wait (having a cocktail to kill the time always helps!). The atmosphere in Big Easy was pretty frenetic with what seemed like lots of staff rushing about. We ordered a taste a rama and a lobster fest to share between us wanting to try both the meat and the fish. There was so much food. It was all ok but not mind blowing I think there is much better BBQ available in London (Dukes Bew & Que for example). Also it felt like eating in one of the restaurants at a theme park. We had timed out visit well as when we were leaving the queue to be seated was out on to the street. I will not be joining that queue again anytime in the future!

Stout was much to be desired. Only toilets were the disabled, and there was a queue

Great food, but be careful, the portions are enormous.

Party of 9 on a Wednesday night - we had accidentally booked our table for Saturday. The hostess was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, getting us a table within 10 minutes of the time we thought we had booked. Overall, the staff were really friendly, helpful and patient! Several of our party were running pretty late and meant our table would be very squeezed, so they eyed up other tables and let us move when they arrived (even though we had already put bday confetti all over our first table)
Once we ordered our food it arrived quickly and everyone else was very satisfied with their food.
The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars, to be honest, is I was highly disappointed with my order. Not realising there were 2 'jumbo shrimp' dishes on the menu, I simply ordered 'jumbo shrimp'. I really wish the waiter would have clarified which one i wanted as i received a basket of breaded, deep fried shrimp with chips when i thought i was ordering fresh, grilled shrimp. I think the fact that i was ordering sides as well should have indicated that this was not was i was ordering. However, once i had picked all the coating off the shrimp themselves were very nice. I would return here again :)

Good food, nice selection of local and less local beers, and a cozy, well-thought out setting. Only downer, is the price: quite expensive compared to other, better restaurants around.

Amazing BBQ at great value. Come hungry as they are huge portions!

Portions were stupidly large. Staff were too chummy. Food was average/poor.

Always come here for lobsters however when it is busy, it's super crowded, dark and hot!! I've had to change location to the Canary Wharf branch

This is a great place to eat - particularly if you're with some carnivorous friends! The food was well cooked and it's great when there are gluten free options available for guests. I do wish they'd limit the volume of the live music though - it made having a conversation pretty difficult!

Awesome food, drink and great service. Guy on the guitar too provided a real authentic atmosphere.

Food was hit and miss. Some of the side dishes were great. The ribs were a bit bland. The smoked chicken was dry and had a weird taste. OK Service. Desert selection was boring. I wouldn't go again. There are better meat based restaurants around for the same cost or less.

What an amazing venue. Loved the food. They have great BBQ meat and seafood options. They also have a really good selection of alcohol. The worst thing I could say is they get really busy so service is a bit slow. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The prices are bit expensive but the portions are big. Love the magerita cocktails.

Ideally it's best to book of you can especially at the weekend as it's gets very busy.
Food is great as is the atmosphere and the bar offers bar offers huge range of different spirits and aperatifs.
If you like Lobster, Prawns etc you'll enjoy the food although there are plenty of other options.
Lovely atmosphere, very bustling and lively.
2 members of our party were in their late 70's and they found it too loud.
Downstairs is best as this is where they have live music but this has not been on everytime we have visited.

Went for bottomless brunch on Saturday.

Arrived a few minutes early but happy to wait at the bar with a drink. Unfortunately we were quite quickly forgotten about and had to remind the front desk staff that we were waiting.

Taken downstairs to a table in a very far away corner where my invisibility cloak worked incredibly well.

Had to ask 3 different waitresses if we could order. Food arrived long before drinks. Had to ask several different people for cutlery, and by the time this arrived our food was cold.

I had lobster and my husband had the "bottomless" BBQ. Waitress took away my food that I was still eating while I was in the bathroom. Husband asked 4 different people for another round of BBQ. Took 45 minutes to arrive, by which time we were up to the time limit on our table.



Save your money and go elsewhere. Once bitten twice shy!

Massive quantities of food but not a great quality. The best place around if you're really hungry!

The food was ok, not very flexible on substitutions for example beans for chips as a side, good atmosphere, good live music, menu was good

Very disappointed. Starters took an age to come even though we got there relatively early. And then we were sitting waiting for some time before the mains arrived.
Chicken burger was cold; and although the waiter was very polite and courteous (hence 2 stars instead of 1), I would have expected the restaurant to waive the service charge as a token gesture. It wouldn't have made a huge difference to the bill but it's the thought that counts.

Extremely loud place, stay away if you want to have a good conversation

A fantastic BBQ and seafood shack. Big menu, varied deals throughout the week and lots of cocktail options. Staff are friendly. Can get a bit loud, And you should book for weekends and evenings as it gets super busy:

The food was good and fairly priced but the price for pints was a little expensive.

Big fan of the BigEasy franchise, this one is no different. Only interesting point is the prosecco / cocktail offer with the boozy brunches is served by the glass (instead of bottle/pitcher like the Canary Wharf one), but service is always speedy and if anything you get more. Also found that the lobster here is served hotter than other BigEasys, so you can enjoy it at a more relaxed pace.

The best food my wife and I ate during our four day honeymoon stay for the Bucs game! Seriously great BBQ & lobster. We were referred by a local during the Bucs game and what an amazing experience!
I wanted ribs but the waitress got me to get ALLLLLL THE MEATS... so I did!! And WOW!!
I will come back to London just to eat at Big Easy again very soon!

Oh and excursion to the Men s Room is SERIOUS!! I have uploaded the 6/7 doors you walk through to get the bathroom it was great after a day of drinking. Moral of the story: keep yourself enough time to get through this excursion!!

Great non alcohol cocktails, nice and extremely filling for the price, didn't get to try dessert, maybe next time. Unlimited prawn is nice. Nice restaurant overall

Delicious bbq and lobster combos. Relaxed atmosphere. Decent prices for Soho apart from the sides.

The food was worth the wait and price! The vibe was buzzing and relaxed, I enjoyed everything. The only negatives, were the hour wait for a table and the cocktails I had at the bar. They were watery and both didn't taste like they had much alcohol, let alone favour...disappointing for the amount they cost. The Pinacolada slushy made up for that in the end though.

Fantastic American food, barbecue is as good as the lobster. Great for a quick bite and a bigger dinner.

First time I ate there I really enjoyed the food, my husband ordered prawns and its wasnt the best. My food was crab and mussels, tasted nice but wasnt a lot

Keep an eye on the deals as you really do get your money worth with this place. I really like their daily lobster deals as they come with a drink and generous amounts of lobster.

It's taken me a few visits to warm up to this place but my visit last night was definitely bar far the best experience I've had. The times I've been before we've unfortunately been stuck in the corner on a tiny table which I can barely get into and then forgotten about which I really dislike as they have a 12.5% service charge.

Last night we were in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of room and despite it being very busy (as usual) the service was much better. I ordered the lobster and shrimp roll which was a first for me but I was not disappointed by the amount of lobster I got.

Minus 1 star because although some may like the the live music I always find it loud and I hate having to shout at the person I'm having dinner with! Also, this is the 2nd time I've tried a dessert and the 2nd time where I've had to get up and ask a waiter for a spoon for my dessert.

If you are a fan of big platters of meat, seafood and carbs then this is the place for you!

Boozy brunch. Had the steak and lobster roll. Excellent service throughout, charming staff, constantly on top of the free flowing prosecco as well. Steak was slightly overdone and still very good.

Great BBQ and lobster. I went as part of a group of eight and I thought the restaurant was great for a gathering of friends. We were celebrating a birthday and they were very accommodating; although the kitchen was no doubt busy, they looked after our birthday cake for us until our main meal was finished.

The service needs to speed up and prices should be effectively reduced. Overall I had a good experience 1

Koreans! Burger and lobster is a lot of Koreans and not unique, do you want to hate? Oh, this place! The atmosphere is nice and kind! Burger and lobster style restaurant. Okay here!

Food was terrible. Starters overpriced in small quantities and weren't even good (apart from the pickled chips maybe). Had a pulled chicken burger as a main and that tasted horrible. Only the chips and coleslaw were okay. Would not recommend this place.

Prefer the one in King's Road after seeing so many mid white collars and tourists.

Food was good. Menu confusing and not explained. Bottomless deal turns out to be not bottomless unless you go for the pork/chicken meal and getting a waiters attention for top ups not easy. Asked a couple of waitresses and they said they couldn't help.
Big shout out to Peter who saw me struggling towards stairs for toilet and kindly took me to disabled loo and guarded the door as the lock was broken.

Had a reservation on Saturday (book ahead people) and it was packed ! Had some Mojitos (frozen and regular) and they were so tasty !
For dinner I had the Deluxe Taste-O-Rama and it was delicious ! Also so much food, the meat was tender and tasteful

Some cons - had to wait a bit for our table even though we reserved, getting new drinks/condiments when at the table took a while sometimes. Asked for the check while we ordered new drinks, and the check got there before the drinks. Which is an odd way of doing it

Would I go again? Yeah , because the food was delicious

Good atmosphere, live music, decent smokehouse meats. The homemade BBQ leaves a lot to be desired; too vinegary.

Not overly impressed with the ribs found them to be very fatty. And wasn't given a hot towel to wipe hands after eating. Very expensive for what it is.

The atmosphere is really upbeat and fast-paced without them rushing you which is fun. Our waiter pointed out the deals and made recommendations which was great. In fact, Rafael is super friendly and funny so keep him/ask for him! Great food, service worth the 12.5% which is optional obviously. Would recommend

Deals of the day are the best, would definitely recommend coming here just for the daily specials. The homemade brew is great, although the steins are a lot to stomach along with such great food.

Best days to come are Mondays and Thursdays.
