Jam packed New Orleans themed bar in Covent garden. Because it's in such a touristy area, it's always completely rammo. Staff seem frazzled. Food is fine but it's not going to set your world alight. Good for families to refuel with wings and ribs after a day of sight seeing. The Canary Wharf outpost is much more spacious, and therefore more pleasant, to visit, if much harder to find. Worth going for the boozy weekend brunch

Great food, looking forward to coming back. However it is a mission and a half to the toilet, at least you burn off what you have eaten. Suggestion to go before you are desperate otherwise you may not make it!

Such a busy restaurant, a bit too manic for us, but the staff where exceptionally attentive. The tables are a real squeeze a bit too many and floor space used to the max. Food arrived it was superb, but for me personally it's a bit too gluttonous, so much food with large portions i found it a bit off putting, so great place but not for me.

I've been before for my 27th birthday and loved it the staff were caring and made sure we wanted for nothing and the free drink (the cock up meant we got 2 pitchers of a newly made up cocktail for free!!!) The food was amazing couldn't fault it.This time round it wasn't the same the staff have alot to be desired....service was poor, rude and the food just wasn't the same. Such a shame as I was obsessed with coming back to replicate my first experience.

It's ok for a drink and nibbles with friends, expecially during the happy hour when some drinks are 50% off. Not recommended for a romantic dinner or for a drink with a person you want to talk to, the music is loud ( but honestly great! ). Most of the times you will have to queue, sometimes for hours. And - at least for me- this ain't too cool.

Best Southern Food Restaurant in London! You get your money's worth, big portions match the price tag, by the end of the meal you don't care how much you paid, because you know you have been fed a proper hearty meal.

Would highly recommend this place to any lover of BBQ and Seafood cuisine!

2 of us came here on a Friday evening. We hadn t booked so we put our name down, went for a walk and they texted about 30mins later to say our table was ready (originally told 1hr wait).

We ordered:

The staff were all really friendly and nice and the decor & atmosphere was really comfortable.
Would definitely come again and for the Happy Hour drinks.

Sunday evening is not the best time at BigEasy. Live music was outstanding .... Lobster and steak combo was poor at best, pulled pork sandwich was just unpalatable. Handsome piece of glass in side salad was crazy annoying.

WENT IN AT 5PM AND WAS TOLD THE WAIT IS FOR 1 HOUR SO WE DECIDED TO WAIT, 2 HOURS LATER STILL HAVE NO TABLE. RECETIONIST SAID THEY HAD TOO MANY RESERVATIONS BUT MY POINT IS THEY SHOULDNT HAVE GIVEN US A TIME FRAME. WE LEFT IN THE END WITHOUT EATING. VERY BAD SERVICE AND DISORGANIZED PROCESS OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. THEY SHOULD BALANCE THE RESERVATIONS AND WALK IN CUSTOMERS. I WOULDNT BOTHER EATING THERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS YOU ARE DYING TO EAT LOBSTER.

Fun place, seems to be popular for birthdays. Food is okay-priced, although I wasn't impressed with the lobster (it was overcooked and slightly rubbery). A different kind of restaurant though with great options on the menu.

Went for the boozy brunch with some old work colleagues last Saturday. The food was excellent, great value with the booze included too. Great, attentive service.

Only downside is that the men's loos are about a 6 mile journey through a labyrinth underground.

Would defintely return though!

Food is good and they had a live band playing nice music. Having said so, the place was extremely warm which made the experience uncomfortable. It took a long time to get the attention of any server. The lobster served to me at first was cold and had to be sent back.

Standing on the top floor of the prosperous business district. American decoration in the store!
The food is suitable and the ingredients are generous.
It is recommended to place an order before 5 pm, you can enjoy a set meal of 10 pounds (drinks and main course) and an additional 3 pounds.
Business: Every weekend, every spending over 10 pounds, there is 3 hours free parking.
A big trip, first-class recommendation restaurant

Great restaurant, lots of space, great food and good portions. Reasonable prices. Interesting Americana decor, American sports on the TVs and occasionally live music. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The downstairs toilets are a bit of a trek from the main dining area.

A few of us booked a table. Dead friendly server. Very nice IPA. A varied and tempting menu. Sensible prices. Went for a mix of meats with chunky chips. The brisket was not available.
The ribs and pulled pork were great. The chicken was ok. The chips weren't nice. Greasy. I'd gladly come back to try again.

Went there on Tuesday for their all you can eat shrimp night. The food was really great, the staff were a bit slow with the refills but it was crowded and didn't affect our overall experience.

For NT$1,000, you can find a whole big Boston lobster, and the meat is very thick. It can be said that the high CP value also brings some juciy Attached is a cute illustration of how to eat lobster. A large plate of grilled mussels It tastes sweet and elastic, the more chewy the more fragrant, and I love the charming fried chicken wings, the sauce is super delicious, and it is also a must. It is a restaurant recommended by many British locals #4yummysdelicious

Food was bland, of varying temperatures and overall very disappointing. Experience was awful. The staff are ok but overworked due to obvious shortage of employees. This meant we had to beg for attention, waving and asking for help repeatedly. The music was loud to begin with but mid way though our meal they turned it up to rave volume. Everyone in the restaurant was clearly unhappy but the staff only reduced the volume minimally because they "weren't allowed to"
