I'd never had a company be actively rude to me until I had a contract renewal issue with Gorkana. The worst possible customer service - in fact, very little in the way of "service" - rather, a few emails, then an offer to put me in touch with their legal team. They have just the rudest, most inflexible, most patronising staff I've ever come across, auto-renewing contracts, and an approach of essentially 'tell the customer to go eff themselves, then asking sweetly if there's anything else you can help with'.
