I'd never had a company be actively rude to me until I had a contract renewal issue with Gorkana. The worst possible customer service - in fact, very little in the way of "service" - rather, a few emails, then an offer to put me in touch with their legal team. They have just the rudest, most inflexible, most patronising staff I've ever come across, auto-renewing contracts, and an approach of essentially 'tell the customer to go eff themselves, then asking sweetly if there's anything else you can help with'.
Outrageous company. Bullied a 21 year old intern employee into signing a 12 month contract without going to company directors at any point. The tried to hound and threaten legal proceedings even though the software was never used or set up in accordance with that contract.
Racist company which doesn't allow people with potential to work for them.
