Twin Peaks Restaurants Review

They started adding payment on the table with the tablet and have 30% tip as default. Who would pay 30%?

Ashlee and Suzy always give my group awesome service. Our food is always served hot, our beers are always served cold. They always have smiles on their faces.

I used to come here all the time. Thought it would be something to bring my son to after working so hard for me.

They seates us quickly. Took our order, and then we waited. 31 minutes for two sandwiches with fries. 31 minutes later my sandwich is completely wrong. The best part is that the manager on duty has sat on his butt the whole time even when one of the servers walked by him with my sandwich and he asked what the issue was. He even looked at me. No effort to come by, hasn't even gotten up. The server said she thought I ordered the burger, well no, I didn't. She put the order in for the correct sandwich but by this time its been more then 35 minutes after I ordered it. I cancelled the order and let my son enjoy his burger.

Great place to watch the game. Beer is cold but the food is average

Great food, good prices during happy hour and when they have specials. The food is very good. The wait staff has always been friendly.

So the service was okay, the bathrooms were mostly clean, a little cramped but their main priority is food and not bathrooms. So my entire party ordered wings and I ordered a burger, there was a lack of sauce options for the wings but I m very picky about sauces which is why I ordered a burger. I did try everyone s wings and I would give them an 8/10. I had read a lot of really good reviews about the billionaire burger so I bought I would get that because it sounds like the ultimate bacon burger. Well, my burger came out later than everyone s wings which I didn t mind too much but when I got my burger I was underwhelmed by it s appearance. The name of the burger makes it sound like it should be big and filling, it wasn t. My burger was also undercooked. 90% of the patty was bright pink and it wasn t hot. It was safe to the touch lukewarm. The bacon was not good. And with all of the bacon sauces that went on this burger there was a serious lack of bacon flavor. 2/10 would not recommend this burger.

This place sucks every time I visit I highly recommend red neck haven next to it women look way better service is way better plus half the time the women there are in g strings DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TWIN PEAKS!

Long time customer but never seen it this bad before.... waited upwards of 5mins last two visits to even be greeted (when slow). Bartenders non-attentive and /or do not know how to make drinks. Apparently all veteran staff fired.

All this in addition to the fact that this location is under legal scrutiny and lost their insurance makes management treat you like an inmate counting and approving drinks. NEVER seen this done before anywhere!

Sad to say, but with CHILL back around the corner, I have a feeling TP will be out of business before end of year.

Hope they figure it out REAL soon.....

This was my first time ever going to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Main reason for going tonight was my son's 11th birthday (he wanted to go). I was a little apprehensive before walking in, but we were greeted immediately by the hostess who was super sweet. Little taken aback by the outfits, not gonna lie. I was expecting skimpy, and sure enough lol. We were seated right away even though it was really busy. Our waitress came over, so sweet and we informed her that it was my son's birthday. She and the other girls went above and beyond, stopping by our table and saying, Happy Birthday. Our food came out fast, within 10 minutes (we were a party of five). Everything was delicious! Our waitress was awesome the whole night. Right before we left a bunch of the girls got together and took a picture with my son. They were so amazing! I would definitely come back!!

It's an alright place, pretty similar to Hooter's. The food was decent, standard American fare. Don't order food based on the picture the menu shows, because it will look depressingly different.

Our waitress was okay. Never came to ask about refills, but other than that, not terrible. Not sure if it was her fault or the kitchen's, but the food we ordered came out wrong; got normal fries instead of sweet potato, and the 'avocado smash' burger had like, the tinyest amount of avocado, instead of the amount on the picture. Not a huge deal breaker though.

All in all, a very middle of the road experience. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible.

Staff was rude I'll stick with the one in Fort Worth

I understand we are still in Covid days. One thing that bothers me more than anything is when I have to wait for my waitress to greet me. I waited at least 5 minutes. The beer and food was good. This is a lack of supervision.

Food is far from exceptional. The main draw is obviously the not so clothed serving staff. This would be great if the service quality didn t take a hit due to the lack of server options.

As a young 20 something women, I walked into this establishment expecting the absolute worst, but I got the best service! I am new in town and wanted to watch the fight, they were obviously packed, no space at the bar and they obviously couldn't' seat one person at a 4 top. They found a group of regulars that took me in so I could enjoy the fight. The food again was surprisingly good, beer was cold, and service was fast. I'm also a water drinker and if your one like me getting water in a bar is hard enough never mind on fight night. My water glass was almost never empty and my waitress never gave me an eye roll when I asked for more. To take this a step further, the staff AND management stopped by and checked on me not just to make sure my service was great but to make sure I was ok and felt comfortable. They kept an eye on me. Living alone in a new city trying to go to a bar alone to watch MMA could have been a nightmare. And it couldn't be farther from what happened. I would recommend this to anyone!

Ate there with two friends for lunch on a weekday. We're all in our 60's. The foodand the service was good. Price was reasonable. Of course we went there to look at the women servers. That was disappointing. The "women" seemed to be all skinny, really young teenagers not mature women. One of the guys I was with jokingly wondered if one of the staff was assigned to change the server's diapers ;-) But overall, it was fun. They had an electric car charging station for my friend's Nissan Leaf, which was a nice touch.

The service is terrible. The girl who got our table wouldn't speak up as we order food. She had to repeat several times everything. The food was just ok.

I came in last Saturday night with my boyfriend we were Starving. The only thing I wanted in the world was the steak nachos with the delicious guacamole it they come with and a tall beer. I passed many restaurants to get to this one because I Wanted what I wanted. Only to be served nachos with no guacamole (the best part!!)! I immediately protested and was assured the kitchen must have forgotten but shortly found out they had no more guacamole or just weren t willing to make any. I was told by the bartender Id receive a discount but when I got my check there was no discount on my tab. I protested again and was told the manager had refused to discount my tab even though my nachos were not prepared as stated in the menu. So disappointing and disrespectful to my business. Some management to make such a lousy call. I m happy to take my money elsewhere.

Came here to watch the super bowl. Restaurant crowd was moderate given the multiple restaurants in the area. We were seated immediately, but didn't receive service for 20 minutes. We weren't concerned as the place was moderately busy. We received drinks and appetizers within 25 minutes of ordering. Requested additional chips - the server placed the chips on the opposite side of the table. Requested ketchup - the server placed the ketchup on the opposite side of the table. By then, it struck me as odd since it required either of us to reach when the middle of the table was relatively empty. I requested the check and again, the server placed the check on the opposite side of the table. I complained asking why is everything being placed on the opposite side of the table in which the server immediately picked up the check to hand it to me. It wasn't a huge deal, but it struck me as odd that our server placed these things out of reach when there was ample space on the table. I'll conclude that Marisol, our server, was just not paying attention and wasn't intentionally being an ass. I still tipped appropriately, not taking into account these incidences. I probably won't return to this location.

I had never been to this TP location before, and I probably won t return. We waited for almost ten minutes and not a single person came to our table to ask us if we wanted drinks and food. No excuse. We walked out.

I ordered delivery so I cant really speak on the service, but the food was IMMACULATE!
There was nothing bad, not even the fries, which normally im pretty picky about.
I'm definitely coming to visit in person after this pandemic, 1000%

This twin peaks has really gone down hill! Took 20 minutes to get a beer (they weren t busy) and both my husband and I s beer were flat!
I ll be going to the 635 location from now on!

It was ok. The server was nice but I think the hostess was rude on her bad day when she repeated questions and wasn't listening. Other than that great cold beer and good atmosphere.

Food is good and reasonably priced. The scenery just adds to the ambiance. However I recommend you ask for Rachel T as your server.

Courtney was awesome she said she was in training but I could not tell she was the best. Great job.

Tomato soup was cold, and I'm pretty sure soured as well. Fries were cold, wait staff unhelpful. Managers were cool, but obviously has no control over their staff.

They messed up our order. Out of 5 orders, 2 were what was requested. The other 3 orders all had something wrong with it. The food was good....but service was lacking.

The original Twin Peaks. Bartenders are very friendly, remember all the regulars even the occasional repeat patron. Happy hour is a good deal despite being only M-F now when it used to be 7 days a week. Very quick service is a regular thing as it should be.

I hate when servers steal money.. I gave my server $20 for a $13.47 tab.. and she brought back $6.. so she stole 53 cents from me.. now some might think this is petty.. but if you went to the restaurant and the check was $13.47 and you left $13... do you think the management would come after you? So.. we agree this is theft and it should not be condoned.. I will go back soon and explain the situation.. but I hate that this has to be explained.. the stupid thing is that LJ.. would have gotten a $3 tip.. if she hadn't stole my money..

Had a wonderful experience with our server Taylor, the chicken and waffles were also excellent.

Went to this location because it was close to my job. Arrived at 2:45 & it was in between the lunch and dinner rush. The girls were pretty much hanging with their regular guys. I set at the booth right by the front door. It took a few minutes for someone to stop by. They were all playing with this cute little boy who was honestly stealing the show. haha I wasn't upset but, when you only get 1 hr for lunch and have to allow time to drive there and back the schedule can be tight.

The ticket said my Servers name was Sammy? She was a stunningly beautiful blonde that was super nice and upbeat. Easily the most beautiful woman in the place. Really personable, super sweet, & apologized it was taking so long to get my food. It took about 35 minutes to get my food. I didn't have time to set and enjoy it. I had to change my order to go.

I ordered the Grilled / Smoked wings at her suggestion tossed w/ original hot sauce. I have to say I've had wings at just about every possible restaurant you can think of. I used to think Pluckers was the best because of taste and size of the wings. ABSOLUTELY NONE of them can even come close to how good the grilled wings were. They were 10 out of 10. They were HUGE too could almost pass for chicken legs.

5he grilled flavored chicken wings (BBQ and Parmesan) were delicious, the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious the broccoli was delicious . My sweet tea and unsweetened tea mix was perfect.

Always fun hanging out at the original TP. It doesn't feel like just another chain restaurant like the others. Service is always good and their salsa is the best!

Best place in the metroplex to hang out. Especially if your waitress or bartender is LJ!!

My visit was impressive due to a combination of food/drinks and service. Tiara was prompt and polite and always sure to check on my table and get anything I requested, so if you get her, you're in luck. The chicken fried steak I ordered was great and went above my expectations. Will definitely come back and would recommend to others.

Service was fast. Sat down in the the balcony and got our beers within a couple mins while it was still very cold. About another 5-10 mind and or food was out. Overall very satisfied. Will visit again soon.
