The people that you work with are fun, and make the long hours go by faster. The HR department is one of the best I have ever worked with. The pay is alittle below average for 1. The area it is located in, and 2, the work they are asking you to do. But all together it is a fun place to work and if you are willing to work some overtime, you can make a pretty good living at.

I nice hidden place down the hill but they do fantastic work with modern light fixtures. The workers get paid decent with insurances. I believe they are a union job. Stop and visit when passing by. They have plans on expanding but not sure when.

Great facility, cutting edge technology and the V.P. runs the show. The engineers are all top notch and heard from current and past employees, it s a great place to work on all levels. The employee benefits are hands down the best any company in the metro area can offer. From the products to the employees this company is a class act. They continue to grow and have become a flourishing fixture that s here to stay in the Hudson Valley. Selux USA A+ across the board.

Used to work here, they treat their factory employees like slave labor. Horrible place.

I work there so it give and take... most senior to me think they are gods gift to the lighting industry
