I came in last Saturday night with my boyfriend we were Starving. The only thing I wanted in the world was the steak nachos with the delicious guacamole it they come with and a tall beer. I passed many restaurants to get to this one because I Wanted what I wanted. Only to be served nachos with no guacamole (the best part!!)! I immediately protested and was assured the kitchen must have forgotten but shortly found out they had no more guacamole or just weren t willing to make any. I was told by the bartender Id receive a discount but when I got my check there was no discount on my tab. I protested again and was told the manager had refused to discount my tab even though my nachos were not prepared as stated in the menu. So disappointing and disrespectful to my business. Some management to make such a lousy call. I m happy to take my money elsewhere.
