Game was good, but my god they are killing people with the prices for food or drink! Love you Van Andel but 31 dollars for 2 drinks??? Wow.

Always a good time. $2 beer and hot dogs on Fridays, and even playoff game. Cool to see Red Wings prospects whenever you want for ~$30.

Very exciting game this past Saturday. It went into overtime for all of 8 seconds. I have been to 3 games this year and always enjoy it. Also they have yet to lose a game I have attended. Always a good physical game of hockey. Nice to see young upcoming redwings.

We've been to a few AHL arenas and agree that the Griffins host the overall best fan experience.

While the Van can get very very crowded there isnt a bad seat in the house. Great family time and reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Regardless of our record right now this season, I would always recommend people give Van Angel Arena and the Griffins a shot. There's a lot of fun to be had, found, and shared in the AHL.

The lines for beer and food take forever! They need to figure this out, its such a simple task. We missed a whole period while waiting for $2 beers which turned into a small budlight for $8.75 because the line took over 30 minutes to wait in and the timing for the cheap beers ran out while in line... The hockey and atmosphere otherwise was good. Go grifs!

A great AHL franchise that is absolutely loved by its city. A Friday night at the Van with $2 beer and hot dogs is always a night well spent.

A real GR mainstay. The Griffins as a team are really good and it's fun to watch a good team. The beer can be cheap, and hockey and beer just go together. The venue is clean and well organized. Even if you don't like hockey it's still a really fun experience.

It os one of the best arenas in the USA. We get top music acts and the Griffins are awesome.

Just purchased group tickets over the phone and it was fast and easy. I love being able to call and talk to a real person rather than click around the website trying to find what I need.

The Griffins are not to be missed if you are in town for a night. The jewel of the city wins honor and respect for everyone in town.

These guys put up a good fight every night they play. With $2 beer and dog nights on friday's, it's hard to argue with that!

Beware, the place gets packed. I don't know if I've had a bad seat in the house. I love the upper bowl personally because I can see all the action.

You can never go wrong with the Grand Rapids Griffin's! Fun for all ages! Whether they are playing great music, playing hilarious games, or, most importantly, just playing great Hockey you can never go wrong with a night (or day) out to a Griffin's game. A top notch organization in an awesome town! You do not have to love hockey to enjoy the Grand Rapids Griffin's!

Have to say I am very disappointed in the puck throw event. Spent $12 on 4 pucks for both of my girls. I was told that they would have an opportunity to throw them out on the ice at the end of the game. I was not informed about the very limited time frame this event took place. I could not get my daughters from our section at the end of the arena down to mid ice where they could have a chance to throw out their pulls before the event was over. What a waste......

Griffins are always fun to watch. Plenty to do for all ages. If you attend on the right night there are plenty of discounts on seats, food, and beverages.

Griffin's games are always a fun time for me and my family. The atmosphere is always great so I believe anyone can have fun at a game even if they are new to hockey.

I have Griffins season tickets, and don't plan on missing any games!

So accommodating when hitting the box office or the Zone.

Food and drinks are WAY to expensive. Not worth paying $31 for a ticket when you have to walk a half mile from parking, then spend a whole paycheck once you are there to be able to have a bite to eat and a drink to relax.

Quality minor league hockey. Fun fan participation.

I think the griffins is great in all, but it can get crowded. If you don t like to wait in lines, or don t have the patience, you should go early. The food is good, but can t go back into the game until the period is done. Overall, I think the griffins is a wonderful experience.

Great arena and atmosphere. Concourse is a little tight in some areas but not every arena can be LCA
