Long time customer but never seen it this bad befo...

Long time customer but never seen it this bad before.... waited upwards of 5mins last two visits to even be greeted (when slow). Bartenders non-attentive and /or do not know how to make drinks. Apparently all veteran staff fired.

All this in addition to the fact that this location is under legal scrutiny and lost their insurance makes management treat you like an inmate counting and approving drinks. NEVER seen this done before anywhere!

Sad to say, but with CHILL back around the corner, I have a feeling TP will be out of business before end of year.

Hope they figure it out REAL soon.....
