I never recieved a call back as I'm a tenant in Iowa

Can't ask a question without the stiff lip office manager yelling at you for one. If your lease says you're only responsible for electricity, IPL, then legally how can you expect a person to just all of a sudden start paying a fee that YOU figured out in your head? Handwritten notes will NOT do. Saying you sent out notices since last year about the possibility of adding utilities won't suffice either. I signed a lease in June! No other utility other than IPL. Now, you're saying I owe greater than $200? What about that sewage with urine, feces, & toilet paper running from the side of the building? Fix that. Thank you for responding. I'd like to contact you but know I'd only be causing them to harass me more. Catch 22. Would I actually be able to come in to talk? Seriously?

I've been here for 3yrs the property has went dowhhill! No response to maintenance issues they don't answer their phone building is supposed to be non smoking community, the hallways are nasty carpet is dirty! The office staff is extremely helpful. I wasn't able to get the apartment that I wanted but the office staff showed me a handful of other properties that were available. Great company on the front end!

When I returned from my vacation to silver oaks apartments in Clarkston Georgia a power outage caused the food in my refrigerator to spoil and become infested with bugs. I paid $300 to have the refrigerator cleaned but the property management company refuses to removed the refrigerator from my home. I currently have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen one of which is infested with bugs and I m unable to use my kitchen or living room because of a horrible smell and infestation. When I contacted management I was yelled at and hung up on by a woman named Teresa. I m currently pregnant and suffering with no where else to go being forced to stay in a property that smells like rotting food and infested with bugs.

I just want everyone to know that this place is always nasty nasty

I hear they got a great affordable housing program but I can't ever get anybody to answer I know they got some beautiful properties.

I currently live at Notch at Nora and I absolutely regret it. The current property manager is such a liar. I will not be moving into any more TWG properties.
