Can't ask a question without the stiff lip office manager yelling at you for one. If your lease says you're only responsible for electricity, IPL, then legally how can you expect a person to just all of a sudden start paying a fee that YOU figured out in your head? Handwritten notes will NOT do. Saying you sent out notices since last year about the possibility of adding utilities won't suffice either. I signed a lease in June! No other utility other than IPL. Now, you're saying I owe greater than $200? What about that sewage with urine, feces, & toilet paper running from the side of the building? Fix that.
