I had terrible headache for 2 days & nights & was taken care of very well at University Hospital! All staff very polite helped me to feeling better!!

The staff was very nice and the service was fast but they never gave me anything for my throat complaint just my eye but it's a good hospital.

Omggggg from entering the emergency room to the time I left was exceptional. The staff was so attentive, kind, friendly. I love the Jamaican lady ( Ms Faye) that does registration. She s absolutely amazing

My experience with the Drs. And Nurses at the University Hospital was second to none. Everyone was very attentive, patient and was able to make me feel like the only patient, despite the many that came and went. May the Lord continue to protect and keep you all safe especially during this time when we are all at risk, during the pandemic. Bless you all!

When I walked in the hospital, I wasn't overly impressed by the installations but the staff made up for it. My father went in with a head injury that wouldn't stop bleeding and required stitches and a CAT scan. Even though they were at capacity because of Covid, they made room for him. Dr. Ellis, the nurse (Richard?), Kareem (CAT scan), and the gentlemen in the front who was checking in people and helped bandage up my father in the lobby until he was admitted were all great. I'm impressed that they all had a positive attitude despite being overwhelmed with patients.

By far, the absolute best hospital in the entire world. None will ever come close to this one. I've been in many hospitals as a contractor and a patient all over this nation and I am saying this with certainty, University Hospital is Supreme and will continue to be for a very long time.

Had knee replacement surgery here. One great experience. Everyone was friendly and nice. They all seemed caring and really willing to take care of any need I had.

Everything went smoothly. Victoria at the outpatient check in desk was friendly and efficient and the nurses were among the best I ve ever had. Everybody took good care of me and kept me informed every step of the way.

My experience was okay I guess in the emergency rooms, they provide a snack, keep me updated, and the doctor and nurses were great. I'm doing well now by following the instructions on the information booklet.

I want to thank the nurses and doctors for the absolutely wonderful care that I received
ER and third floor nurses are angels. They went out of their way to deliver great care.
MRI and CT doctors were very professional and did everything to ensure that they went well
