As with most decisions nowadays, we spend a lot of time researching and comparing reviews before we make a large purchase. I hope this review helps you. I had a Corolla lease I was returning and had a firm budget I needed to stay under. The car buying process is something I would equate to a root canal, painful but necessary. The Corolla was a great commuter car, but I was looking for something with a little more room while staying in my budget. I made an appointment with Casey Troncoso and was pleasantly surprised by his non-shark like approach that I dealt with at 4 other dealerships. There s nothing worse than the feeling that someone is trying to take advantage of you and your money or getting a bad deal. The car buying experience with Casey and Tustin Toyota was anything but that. It was genuine and I felt valued as a customer. I ended chosing the Toyota Mirai (which deserves its own raving review).
