Plumbing fixtures are old. Need replacement

Place is quite old but the rooms are all clean bathroom also well maintained. Nevertheless i enjoy my stay here

Somewhat disappointed, the handle of the water faucet was broken all in the room or in the pool bathroom, we swam at 7 at 8:30 the towel was not there, the towel info was at 12 noon it was unfortunate that the service was very bad

Not recommended, bad facilities for business trip. Very slow response from hotel staff's.

For me thats good enough to sleep in the hotel room after you spending a whole day in the mall because the mall is just beside youAnd you just need to walk about 1 min to the mall from your lobby. you can also go to anywhere from hotel. Because the location of hotel is a middle of surabaya city

An authentic surabayan hotel that have history and culture in past. Awesome

Old hotel, it's time to be renovated. The elevator is very worrying, the capacity is only a little and the road is slow. The interior of the room is moreover, the carpet is damp, the corridor smells of cigarette smell even though on the non smoking floor. The breakfast menu is normal, the menu variations are lacking, the fruit served is not fresh. The only positive thing is the location which is in the city center and near the mall.

Who can take pictures in the hotel? ??? In fines? ??? Do not be in amrik or in the Asian region and on the 30th I'm back home from a brunai. The hotel was even used as a photo object

The hotel lobby is as large as this but there are no chairs. Guests become confused to just relax. The impression is ancient and lonely. The elevator is small and slow. Thankfully the strategic location is near the TP Mall

Everything is okay, just the old hotel that needs to be renovated and the best is the location close to the Plaza plaza very much if you want to shop at the TP plaza and the location is close to the location

Standard quality room not equal for expensive price you paid,even deluxe room not equal with the services you received. I think the hotel very need some improvement..

The hall is spacious for a cooking class from Sico, a large parking lot, there is a museum also close to the car park on the 3rd floor.

T4 is comfortable if a little renovated, especially the problem is the carpet replaced with granite must have added value ... breakfast is quite good

Classic hotel in the center of Surabaya. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza shopping center. The rooms are comfortable and quite clean. The service is satisfying.

Coincidentally there was a seminar, the venue was ok, but unfortunately the sound problem and lunch box (sorry) STILL ENOUGH IN WARUNG ..

The place is strategic, I want to find food and I want to get out, the place is very good, the discotheque is very good

For the room it is comfortable, the pool is okay too the problem is the chlorine is a bit, there is Kakuzu and the spa as well every 10 am up, only the bf food is not good hehehe

Hotel Tunjungan Surabaya, located quite strategically in the business center of Tunjungan Plaza (TP) and the Surabaya government from Juanda Airport for more than 14 ~ 15 Km, the hotel rooms are quite clean and spacious although some of the facilities look vintage / classic, facilities such as swimming pools, fitness centers etc., and wheelchair lanes are available.
