The rooms are quite large, but it is a pity when staying at this place there is a furor in the morning because there is a problem with water so it cannot take a shower or go to the bathroom And it is very long to wait until the water returns to normal, about 3 hours when I have to leave. The design of the hotel is quite old, maybe it needs renovation. The benefits are very close to the Tunjungan Plaza, so it's only a short walk.

Even though the hotel is old where facilities such as elevators are no longer as smooth as when they were new, but in general the rooms are still quite clean and comfortable.

Just 4 stars according to the stars, classic hotel, spacious rooms but all sarpras are old school ... ac sounds loud, bathtub is dirty

I stayed here for two days. The room is clean enough. I only bothered when someone kept knocked the door and ring the doorbell many times when I took a bath. I don't know who he is. I asked him to come again after I finish to take a bath but he didn't come again.

I order food from room service. The weird thing they don't have a menu book in the room so I should listen what she offer by phone. I asked the menu book they said they don't have anymore. I hope that I don't be disappointed with the food. But it was happened. I order sandwich but the bread is too rough. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
I don't want to order anymore.

The food in the breakfast is common. I try to find something special. I got it .. it is traditional porridge and boiled sukun. They can do it well.
On the second day I hope there is a change.. but mostly it is the same, rice, fried rice, fried noodle, fried sousage, fried fish with flavour, and chicken...but I found Soto that I think it is good enough. I think for longer stay it is better stay without breakfast.

There are 4 lifts. But some of them the AC didn't work. So it is quite hot in the lift.

One other good thing, it is close to plaza Tunjungan. You can walk there..only if it is raining you should run to cross the street or wait until stop if don't want being wet.

Overall it is fine to stay here.

literally an old hotel. I found a baby cockroach in my room, the bathub not that good i think, and the food r basic. not that special tho. But i sleep well here.

Best hotel i've been in surabaya... Everything nice food, room, and service... But for the bathroom... I can really enjoying cause the shower when i turn it hot, it was too hot... And when i trun it cold it was too cold... So i can't manage my fav temperature... Thanks a lot.

Conveniently located and close to the Tunjungan Plaza, the rooms offered are quite spacious and clean. Only when entering the room does it smell slightly damp because the exhaust fan in the bathroom sometimes does not work. All in all quite a nice staying experience. Would love to comeback again when I'm in Surabaya.
