Inconsequential Not maintained at all.
Rooms and contents are ancient, leather sofas dilapidated. The elevator is super slow and low capacity per ups and downs. Bodol parking lot. Bodol walls. Dilapidated facilities. Hospitality is not friendly. Overall .. WORST hotel in Surabaya at the end of my 2019 version.

The place is near the mall, strategic, 2 nights stay and one night. It has 325 rooms but it is really BAD because the signal is low and the wifi is low ... Ask to move to the 610 room and finally I can access it and it starts smooth ... the food is also bad. Padhl rate is pretty good too. Plus it's just near the mall ...

The hotel is really old school, in the room it is moldy, sedian roll cable sal only has 2 plugs and that is far away, the one under the tv is the one in the flask. WiFi is slow, signal is also difficult. Yeah, let's get to it ~~~
