a 4 star hotel that made me quite surprised. I'm quite disappointed. breakfast food is not much variant. I want to take milk but they let it run out. this hotel model is a bit old school. There is a golf area on the 9th floor. The wifi I got was very slow. and elevators that sometimes cannot be used. quite difficult to synchronize with the card that I hold, it must be done slowly. parking of the car is quite spacious. pretty good service. the hotel is very close to the mall, just need to walk.

The bathroom is smelly. Old hotel is fine with me. But Exhaust is not working properly. I keep asking and wondering? Why is it happen to such a well known hotel? I was expecting a good and nice hotel.
I was booking 2 rooms for my familiy. I was regretted that having this kind of experience.
Breakfast is not globally accepted, learning that foreigner is attracted to the strategic location near well known mall. Tunjungan plaza.
Totally disappointed.
I will try the pool afterwards. Hope the pool is nice enough for kids.

Old hotel with friendly services and very very strategically located..

Tunjungan hotel writing is too small. For beginners who are looking for an address, they are quite confused. Because next to it is also a big mall. For parking the motorbike area, there is no information where to go. So the parking next to it has minimal security. When I came here there was no security guard who could help to ask. And there is no frontliner to welcome guests who attend.
For room and bathroom cleanliness, it is quite clean.

My first impression of this hotel was good, but it didn't last long. I came at 3pm but they still needed about 15mins to have my room ready even though the check in time was at 2pm. The lift was very slow and didnt have ac on it so it was hot inside. I stayed in a non smoking room. The room was quite big. However, the carpet smelled really dusty. The bathroom also needs some improvements. Hot water stream was very weak so it took a very long time to have the bathtube fully filled. The refigerator was the worst. When i opened it, water came outside spilling the floor. The only best thing about this hotel is the location which is right between Tunjungan Plaza mall. The staffs were nice. Swimming pool is just so so. Will consider to stay in another hotel next time.
