It was best holiday trip to Bali . Thanks to Devendra and Ashutosh Singh it was smooth with pick up and sightseeing on time The best part was the welcome at Airport and tanah lot visit. Also Sugandha has helped though out toor on Whatsapp. Surely will go on next trip by TUI holidays only

Thanks TUI for making our honeymoon best. we booked package for europe. Best services was provide. Most of the things including tips, water bottle included in the package. Timely pick up on airport. Best dinner provided. Restaurants are good in Bali too.
Best thing was getting scnegen VISA on time. As I was very nervous about it. But after getting all details Ashutosh assured my that will get VISA easily. Hotel was best especially IBIS in London. Try to provide best service to customer. Thank you Ashutosh. Hope to go for Turkey in june with TUI INDIA ONLY

At the time of booking any itenary they come up with lot of professionalism, however if you want to change any itenary they don't even prefer to reply or pick up the call.
After 7 months of follow up they have come up with the cancellation of itenary. There is no transparency of charges refunded. Not recommended. It's better if you go with MMT at least they come up cancellation policy. These people are just greedy.
Complete waste of money and time.

If i have an option of giving Negative Rating, I can give that. Totally Fraud Company, after taking money, nobody even bothered to take your calls. I am saying this from my personal experience, Last minute i have to change my Tour Operator for my Singapore Trip and these guys are absolutely OK with this. I have mailed to the Top management but no reply is coming from anyone. Infact i have to take a refund of Rs. 4000, but they are not even ready to give that. Really disgusting, Please do not ever go with this company to spoil your mood and holidays.

My parents booked a trip to Singapore & Malaysia with Tui this yr from 9-17 Dec 2019.
Tui was unprofessional (booked poorely connected flights for senior citizen customers, asking for extra charges for internal transfers ) overselling the itinerary and total lack to transparency. Not recommended at all

I often receive sms from various companies offering travel package. I did find one in particular, Goa package from Delhi, as was offered by TUI, quite interesting. The went ahead with it, and after coming back from the entire experience, have lots of memories to share. TUI made the entire experience a wonderful one. Thanks a lot guys!

Experience of my first foreign trip to Singapore and MY booked through TUI was very poor. We were unnecessarily forced to travel from New Delhi to Singapore via KL international airport to KL domestic airport to Singapore, thus check in twice and travelling from KL International airport to KL domestic airport wasting whole day in travelling. There was no arrangements for pick up and drop. We had to call the TUI people each time for pickup/ dropa airport and hotel. When our flight to Singapore from KL domestic airport delayed by 5 hours,c they didn't arranged for pickup and when requested they forced us to make the payment before arranging for pickup. We were provided dinner coupons of a restaurant almost 5 Km from our hotel at Singapore with no arrangements to drop at hotel after dinner. Ours was a group of 7, but our flights and hotels were booked seperately. Our whole trip was ruined.

TUI organized for us a trip to Agra, Jaipur, as well
as sightseeing in New Delhi. The tour program was done very quickly, the response time from the office was short, even during weekends and late evenings. We had to do a number of changes from
the initial plan but Ashutosh Singh the executive was quite flexible.

Recently booked a package of Singapore and Malaysia for my parents, who resides in MP. It was the worst experience one could have. They had booked the flights in very unorganised way. How can you book travel through different flights from different airports, which are 30kms apart. Moreover you are charging extra for the transfer. Hotels were not at all up to expectations, even less than 3 star. In return flights, again flights were scheduled in the morning, so the total trip duration cut short by one day but the package charges remained same .
They're highly unprofessional with eyes always on your pocket. No professional ethics ,no decorum. If you want to ruin your vacations , go for it and see your money flush down the drain.

My thailand tour package from TUI was indeed just ...

My thailand tour package from TUI was indeed just what I wanted. It included stay in 3.5 star hotel, breakfast and dinner, and also a couple of city sightseeing tours. I even got a bike to take a stroll around the city on my own. I am a totally satisfied customer, and will definitely come back to TUI again.

Extremely bad experience.

Extremely bad experience.
Had to contact them multiple times for small changes in the itinerary and they didn't respond to calls after receiving the payment. It's been 1 year and I have requested them multiple times for the invoice and still haven't received it.
For the visa, initially they informed that they will personally come and check the documents but on the day of the appointment they fooled by telling that they got some urgent work to do so can't come.

I have worked with them very close. All of them are completely illiterate. I consider them to be nothing to do with any customer problem. They should only get money, after this people will not even ask you. And the number of A Five Star reviews you see are all of these employees.

They do not matter at all. These have nothing to do with any customer.Trust me, there is no other travel company like this cheap company. The group of all illiterate people has gathered.

Pathetic service which is mainly caused due to unprofessional operational staff. They take client for granted once the payment is being processed. They have already taken 4 months to process the refund for the services they were unable to suffice, and thereafter they make fake commitments. Guys refund is still pending.

I was lured into booking a tour package for Srilan...

I was lured into booking a tour package for Srilanka on 29/1/20 . I paid Rs 50000 for 3 ticket round trip tickets Delhi Colombo Delhi . Once the booking was done they did not respond to mails or phone calls. They revised the cost of land trip upwards by 50 % . Fed up by their evasive replies and coercive moves, I decided to undertake the land trip on my own. Even when I had informed the parties that our travel schedule stands and we proceeded to Colombo, they pressured the Airlines to cancel the return tickets. The Indigo Airlines refunded Rs 30480 against the cancelled tickets . Tui have not responded to my request for refunding the money taking advantage of the corona pandemic.

One of the worst travel experiences till date with...

One of the worst travel experiences till date with them - booked it for my parents and regret doing so now. Reasons below :

a) They will come up with extra charges later on post full payment as per initial package quote. In our case, for combined SG/MY trip - they booked 1 stop flights via Malaysia to Singapore - which needed a change of terminal from international to domestic in MY (50 kms apart). They then asked us to pay extra money for multi entry visa for MY + cab transfer from international to domestic airport - saying it was not included in package (though clearly highlighted earlier that visa + airport transfers are included). Additional amount quoted as 10K for visa fees - but when I searched online, I figured out that multi entry visa costs just 400/- INR more than single entry visa. When I highlighted this to them - they tried to dodge this. After multiple heated conversations over call - they processed visa without additional cost.

b) In Singapore - the dinner meals (included in package) were booked at a different restaurant which was 4 Kms from hotel booked. The cab driver on way back from daily excursion would either drop at hotel or at restaurant. The convenience then on way back was to be arranged by customer itself. No one informed about this earlier and it's not mentioned in package also. This was a daily hassle.

c) The flight from SGP to MY got delayed by 3 hours. We were charged additional 2K later on in Malaysia for airport to hotel transfer - because the cab driver came on time, waited and left. Hence new one had to be booked. Because of lack of co-ordination on TUI's end and awareness about checking flight status - the customer suffers again. This clause is also not mentioned in the package anywhere that flight delays would mean additional charges for the customer.

Many other instances like these during trip as well - long story short - Book them at YOUR OWN RISK. Won't suggest based on my experience as entire staff (even senior operations folks) - are quite unsupportive and would somehow try and manipulate to shell more money from customer.

To surprise my wife on our anniversary, I signed up for Singapore Group package a couple of weeks ago with TUI. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with the company because the package they offered me did not have certain features like lunch, or additional tours around the city's popular landmarks. But as the tour went on, I realized that ours was a better package, for the hotel we got was 3.5*, while others had 3* hotel. My package also had a couple of activities, which again was something missing in itineraries of those who were traveling with us and had signed up with some other travel agents. The entire process, right from airport transfer to flight tickets and just about everything else, went on smoothly too. All in all, am a satisfied customer of TUI.

I went for Dubai trip with TUI HOLIDAYS. Ashutosh Singh planned a good trip for us. It was a memorable experience. Driver was always on time. Tour coordinator always keep updating about sightseeing place we are going to travel. They provided us best service. Elizabeth hotel has supportive staff . Hope for further trip with TUI and Ashutosh especially.
