Extremely bad experience.

Extremely bad experience.
Had to contact them multiple times for small changes in the itinerary and they didn't respond to calls after receiving the payment. It's been 1 year and I have requested them multiple times for the invoice and still haven't received it.
For the visa, initially they informed that they will personally come and check the documents but on the day of the appointment they fooled by telling that they got some urgent work to do so can't come.
