One of the worst travel experiences till date with...

One of the worst travel experiences till date with them - booked it for my parents and regret doing so now. Reasons below :

a) They will come up with extra charges later on post full payment as per initial package quote. In our case, for combined SG/MY trip - they booked 1 stop flights via Malaysia to Singapore - which needed a change of terminal from international to domestic in MY (50 kms apart). They then asked us to pay extra money for multi entry visa for MY + cab transfer from international to domestic airport - saying it was not included in package (though clearly highlighted earlier that visa + airport transfers are included). Additional amount quoted as 10K for visa fees - but when I searched online, I figured out that multi entry visa costs just 400/- INR more than single entry visa. When I highlighted this to them - they tried to dodge this. After multiple heated conversations over call - they processed visa without additional cost.

b) In Singapore - the dinner meals (included in package) were booked at a different restaurant which was 4 Kms from hotel booked. The cab driver on way back from daily excursion would either drop at hotel or at restaurant. The convenience then on way back was to be arranged by customer itself. No one informed about this earlier and it's not mentioned in package also. This was a daily hassle.

c) The flight from SGP to MY got delayed by 3 hours. We were charged additional 2K later on in Malaysia for airport to hotel transfer - because the cab driver came on time, waited and left. Hence new one had to be booked. Because of lack of co-ordination on TUI's end and awareness about checking flight status - the customer suffers again. This clause is also not mentioned in the package anywhere that flight delays would mean additional charges for the customer.

Many other instances like these during trip as well - long story short - Book them at YOUR OWN RISK. Won't suggest based on my experience as entire staff (even senior operations folks) - are quite unsupportive and would somehow try and manipulate to shell more money from customer.
