The staff and service were first class,when the lowerd my father-in-law into his grave,I was shocked how the truck and tractor drove over all the head stones,Truck being the worst,I was surprised they didn't break any.Sorry it didn't sit well with a lot of us.Respect.

the grounds keepers drive the vehicles over headstones like off road vehicles, I was waiting to see them start doing donuts on headstones. the sales folks need to have a jr high school level education at least to represent selling plots.

six months after my loved one passed and they stil...

six months after my loved one passed and they still haven't put up the headstone that was paid for because they "forgot" and it got misplaced "somehow". how disgusting and sad, great way to honor the dead.

The worst customer service. Have been working with...

The worst customer service. Have been working with various reps and have been promised they will call back with no calls returned. My whole family is there. We have 4 paid for plots that my grandmother bought years ago, and she passed in 1995. Years later can't get All Souls to even call me back let alone get the surviving relatives assigned to grave sites. Left numerous messages that go unanswered. I attended Holy Innocent's School in Long Beach ,Our Lady of Refuge and St Anthony's ,and my 3 brothers all went to Our Lady of Refuge Catholic school. Will post result later.

The grass is dying and the tree that my family wanted to be buried under is dead. I have contacted both the staff and the assistant manager (Lorraine) and the diocese about repair work (like finding the flower cup) but no one ever responds--and it is now going on two months. Is this respect for the dead? If I could I would choose another cemetery.

Well, I'm not so happy because they charge a lot of money and they don't clean the graves well because if I stop going two months or more, since when boy has a lot of grown grass and is covered where the vase goes and and my husband's plate is how sunk and I had to tell them to put it down the ground

I have close to 30 family members at this cemetery...

I have close to 30 family members at this cemetery and I went to put flowers on my parents and in-laws on Easter and was very disappointed that the grounds weren't mowed, specially on a remembered day like Easter.

They need to specify what's open and what's close ...

They need to specify what's open and what's close we went to leave some flowers and they told us that it was close. I came from far away they could have traffic control if they want. 5 at a time drop off and leave...change the web . And put only for service is open.

Not to happy with the service that we had for my D...

Not to happy with the service that we had for my Dad's funeral very unorganized...I turned in my Dad's photo for his stone weeks later photo is still not on Stone. I called to follow up office has misplaced the picture...Not to mention that when they mowed the lawn at All souls they ran over the stone and CHIPPED the current Picture of my MOM . The lawn at All Soul's NEED's more ATTENTION. I've also noticed that a lot of stones are are sunken in and nothing is being done:(

a friend chose ascc 5yrs ago. today,(5~30~13),she used it. nice grounds,caring,efficent,personnel. when a pot of flowers on anothr grave was knockd over by accident, they were gently restored by 1 of the workrs. am considering ascc for myself.

More often than not when one visits a cemetery you...

More often than not when one visits a cemetery you are there to handle some family business, and not to check out the scenary. Leave it to me to notice random aspects. Even though California is in a drought, I appreciate that the grounds are well maintained. On a more practical level, I recently attended a funeral and I have to say that the staff was very courteous, professional, and bilingual. As a visitor, I was left with a positive impression of the place.

My parents bought a plot a few decades ago with a burrial plan. As soon as they fin out there is an existing plan, and not purchasing a new one, I get passed around to the next sales person trying to upgrade my plan. Never mind that my loved one has not been burired yet. They are more worried about me buying a new plan and upgrades then they are of burying my loved one. I've been waiting for 2 months and have not yet received any reliable information about the burial. There is no communication between them, everyone I speak to tell me something different. I am disgusted with the lack of communication and the constant harassment of the sales people.

So sad , this is a beautiful cemetery I love this ...

So sad , this is a beautiful cemetery I love this place , But unfortunately the staff here at this location are very rude , they don t understand that they are just employees and they are working to help people there. God blessed this people and teach them what humanity and humility is !!!

Spoke to receptionist and they just blame google for having incorrect hours of operations..
