Use another company

joined the meeting for my course in good time today to be told it would not go ahead due to issues with the trainers internet connection. I was with the rest of the group assured that I would be placed in to another course that would finish at the same time as my original curse at 5.30pm by the technical assistant dealing with the group. We were told to wait for an email with joining instructions for the new course which would arrive no later than 15.05. I received no email and attempted to find a number for TTC to find out was happening. In the interim I received a call from Rebecca at TTC who told me I could not be offered another course for today and would have to rebook for another day.

I explained that I had taken half a day of leave at my own expense to attend the course and this was totally unacceptable. I am a full time carer outside of working hours so my options are almost impossible I had gone to great lengths to make myself available today and another day was not an option. I was told there was nothing that could be done everyone was in a meeting and that the procedure was to email. These people take no responsibility for their actions or the impact their cost saving has on others. Absolutely disgraceful
