Company does not value associates at any level. Requires routine 12 hour shifts, with no compensation for salary associates, and no consideration for work/life balance across the board.

Management is stagnant, with few to no attempts to make positive improvements to waning Quality to customers or increase low efficiency indices. General atmosphere of mounting frustrations and poor compensation has led to high turn-over from the associate level to many strata of management.

Interviewed this morning and was hired this afternoon. My only experience so far is with the crew from Human Resources . Great group of people... I'm really looking forward to this new adventure.

Was singled out because of mental health issues and was asked to take a drug test because I was talking to myself. I provided all documents from my mental health doctor showing that I do talk to myself and have severe mental health issues but I choose to work instead of sitting on my butt and collecting a government check but HR and Safty has tried everything to fire me and I refuse to play there games

Truly a bad company to work for. They seem to have no idea what humans are, deciding to give nothing but massive work hours for little pay. If you want a job that has a lot of overtime, you found it, however this company doesn't see workers very highly and more of a tool to exploit.
