Decent condo complex right off Hwy 3 between Pattaya and Jomtien.

There is a KFC and Big C within walking distance.

Good value for a long term stay.

Not a good location for a short stay.

The drains in the restrooms literally make the condos smell like poop. I talked with other tenants and everybody has the same problem. It's not possible to fix it. If you don't want to live with this terrible smell, don't buy or rent here!
