The drains in the restrooms literally make the con...

The drains in the restrooms literally make the condos smell like poop. I talked with other tenants and everybody has the same problem. It's not possible to fix it. If you don't want to live with this terrible smell, don't buy or rent here!

The project is made up of 660 units spread across 3 low-rise, 8-story buildings and is strategically located alongside Soi Paniadchang midway between both Pattaya 3rd and Sukhumvit Roads on a 5.5 Rai/8,800 Square Meter plot of land.
