I took my son (3years old). The nosptial was amazing. All the staff were fantastic.
As I am new to Doha and have not experienced what the health care over here was like, I was anxious. But i can't speak highly of the staff. Thankyou for looking after my little boy.

Excellent hospital! The process was very smooth and efficient. Very friendly nurses and doctors. My younger sister was at ease the entire time. The doctor and nurses put all of us at ease at the pediatric emergency.

No one in finance department picks up call. Called more than 15 times no answer. This shows the level of customer service. Will not prefer this hospital at all. Complained twice about this department not picking up call but no proper answer.

I went for pediatric emergency, the process was highly organized and relatively we didn't have to wait for a long time, we finished registration, examination, x-ray imaging and treatment for my son within 1 hour, helpful staff also.

I would give it 5 starts but the appointment time is appalling! Every time I go to see my gynecologists I have to wait more than 1hr after my appointment time. Worst of all there are no patients waiting so I don't know what the delay is! I'm pregnant and this has happened all along 9 months! I'm really disappointed that something so simple can't be improved or looked into.

I went yesterday evening with my child to emergency by referral from my pediatrician for small procedure by pediatric surgeon, i am 100% satisfied with their service, staff's were so polite and caring with good English, doctors were professional, hospital and facilities are excellent
