It's a very nice casino, it's very Lively and exciting the Bars were nice. The only problem we had was our air conditioner did not work, called three or four times to get it fixed and maintenance never came.

The casino part is just huge open and clean space with so many games!
The event area is incredible also. Multiple venues for small show to larger concerts, plus your weekend dance clubs and comedy club.
The Hard Rock Cafe always gives great service. Be sure to make reservations when there is a large concert.

Stopped off at the Hard Rock to check out the dining options and decided on Sugar Factory. I strongly advise against it. The food is OK at best... Service is mediocre and the drinks didn't come out until 15 minutes after we had already been served our food. Every TV in the restaurant plays a loop pics and interview footage of the Kardashians and Drake during promotional visits. There are no prices shown on the menu so don't be surprised when you find out your goblet drink cost $40 and a non-alcoholic sweet tea costs $15, and a bakery is chicken tenders costs $30. "Pay us whatever we tell you to because celebrities have been here." If you want to take a selfie to say you were there just walk in and take your selfie but any other dining options anywhere on the boardwalk will be more satisfying.

Loved loved loved the Hard Rock Casino. Used to be the Taj. Totally renovated good machines very very nice.
The staff was very friendly. The room was okish. The bathroom shower glass was filthy and when I turned the shower on the water was dark grey. Sink had no cold water. Restaurants are overpriced. The one cheapish place at 20.00 for a steak was blah. Steak was fatty and had a lot of gristle. Choking on cigarettes smoke. Bar cocktails were mediochre. Friendly bartender.
I was looking to have a great stay considering I gave up Harrahs for this and I must say I was extremely disappointed It started with a majority of the staff being rude. Then dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe was a huge disappointment. I go to check out this morning and I m charged with an extra $23 dollar Resort fee that I was unaware of. I didn t even use the Pool !!!!! I spent a lot of money there and it definitely wasn t worth it. I am completely dissatisfied. Harrahs was a total disappointment and now this. I will not step foot in this place again. Plus it was my birthday
Wait staff at the Beach bar was excellent. Staff at the wild card services looked a little overwhelmed, but it was real late on a Sunday. Our brand new loyalty cards didn't work, but we ran out of time to get them fixed (our fault, not hard Rock) Definitely going back soon
Was at Mohegan Sun hotel and casino in Connecticut recently and now at Hardrock hotel and casino in AC. Simply no comparison. Mohegan Sun is fantastic and the staff are polite and courteous. Hard Rock is just ok. Staff and dealers just ok. And it s in a city that s just not okay. Way too expensive for just an ok place in not okay city.
All was great, room was very clean and comfortable. My main issue was bad cell service and no wifi.

Lighting was very good, new carpets and wide aisles to move around. Rock memorabilia are placed throughout the casino and hotel.

The room has been renovated. The elevator or the old elevator is very broken. The WiFi signal is not very good. Only one grid ap is installed in the aisle. The casino is not bad. The buffet is super gluttonous.
They are absolutely amazing this is my second time here and they have amazing costumer service. We called the day of to get a room and they were able to give us a room and upgrade us. Rooms are very clean and spacious.
The place is very xlean and nice, however the staff and waitresses are very rude and slow. If im spending hundreds of dollars at a place i expect to be treated with respect

Love the hard rock. Matched player level. Generous promo, free play, free buffet, free comedy show, generous to seniora and veterans. Played slots for a couple hours and left breaking even.
Hands down the best experience I could of had at a hotel! I took my boyfriend there for a mini get away for his birthday. The place was clean, excellent costumer service, received my room before the check in time, beautiful room and outstanding view of the ocean! I can t wait to plan another trip here!!!

Just stopped in to check out the place, so nice! Famous musicians clothes, guitars, cars etc to check out while walking through. Giant screens above the escalators make you feel like youre in a virtual world!
Honestly expected more from a big name casino. The air wasnt working on some of the floor. The slots are all the newest ones that rip you off more. Hardly any smoking section

Saw a show at the Hard Rock Casino - at the sound waves theater. Great seats, great concert. Casino floor was very good also. Lots of amazing rock memorabilia to walk around and see! So many different restaurants - something for everyone! Highly recommend!

I was actually RACIALLY PROFILED THIS EARLY AM at a Blackjack table, I think it was pit 411/413, I could have the pit wrong. However, a white, female floorperson accused me of taking a chip from the table/from a player at the table...Mind you, I was playing with the Gentleman that I was seated next to! I'm starting NOT to Like these Blatantly, Racist, White Floorpersons/Supervisor!! I'm going to STOP going to HR and tell everyone that, I know through Social Media To do the Same! I Need to Find Out Her Name Tho!
My family always loved the Trump Taj Mahal. I thought I would stop in to see what they had to offer as a new member. The promotions available exceeded all expectations. I spent an hour or two playing on the penny slots and earned a comp stay and $50 combined spend and play money. This casino is defiantly a top pic when it comes to rewards. Be sure to stop by along your boardwalk adventure!

Used to be the Taj Mahal but has now reopened as the Hard Rock. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Restaurants and stores are great. It is expensive here
Fantastic place to stay and play. Spa was great. Decor was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and The View was great. The band at the Hard Rock Cafe was great on Friday night as well as the bartender who helped us. The comedy show was great on Thursday night and the spa was amazing and luxurious. I highly recommend this place

Hotel and casino floor has been beautifully renovated. Need more wheel of fortune slots and drinks come way to slow on casino floor.
Rooms are very nice and updated from the Taj Mahal days. Parking garage seemed updated as well with plenty of parking at a reasonable rate. Lots of brand new slots to enjoy. Also had a pretty good meal at the Harvest Buffet. All and all it's a great addition to Atlantic City.

Absolutely loved my time and experience. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and the ambiance is oh soooooo nice.

Perks:on the strip, close to most everything, friendly staff, rooms were big and had a mini fridge, cheap.
Cons:very,very outdated (currently renovating though), most have a senior citizen discount because most of the clientele before Saturday was 50+, restaurants all closed way too early
Hard Rock is a very nice and upcoming casino, however they skimped in some areas. The casino is very smokey, in my opinion, and smoking is permitted everywhere.
Stayed in the North Tower. Room was immaculate-could not have been any cleaner. Most comfortable bed I ve ever slept in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. No line to check in. Hotel & casino were beautifully redone; bright, clean and so fun! Been coming to AC for over 20 years and I can say this place is the best! Hoping for it to be around a very long time.

Very novel, clean King bed interior room. Left the premises so we didn't see much of the hotel, but we did enjoy looking at all the recording artist memorabilia from Prince's guitar to Elvis' Rolls Royce.

Very rude front desk workers..... 4 hour wait for the room to be ready.... dirty.. I heard people talking about BEDBUGS this place had. The Hard Rock Cafe was extremely low quality. I cannot believe how they treat people here and the experience they give for $400 something a night. It s a scam. I will never ever go here again.. and I will let as many people as I can to NOT stay here. Save your money and go anywhere else in AC. This place needs to be shut down quick.
