Hands down best tanning place in Garden city! Not only are the employees friendly, they are extremely clean and have great prices!

Okay place, you get what you pay for here. Employees are friendly. Beds occasionally get too hot, I've left with blisters on the back of my feet a couple of times. I've also made a habit of cleaning the bed BEFORE getting in because I've cleaned off an orange-y/tan lotion residue multiple times.

I get a package go for like 2 sessions and now they have been closed since so is my package going to expire how are the making sure I get my months worth that I paid for

This Salon has poor management as well as poor customer service. My last experience I was ignored by management I was given a refund due to my poor experience and was not given my full refund management would not reach out in regards. Front desk was rude her name was Victoria she was not understanding of my situation and she sold me my services so she should have been polite and understanding instead though she asked me to leave the salon as well as called me Snootie. Pretty unprofessional place its dirty. For the same price you can be at a nicer salon with professionalism

The beds were too hot to the point where I had heatstroke LITTERLY, the beds may not always get cleaned after use. Place is a little ran down & not updated. And just for a monthly tanning pack it s $27.00!? When I could just go to platinum tanning for $10.00 a month, plus they re extremely nice at platinum an unlike tropic sun. Not to leave put the fact that the lady behind the counter was blowed on weed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Beds are not cleaned well, i'had to clean the bed myself,which is not a possitive thing. I heard tge employee to anothet customer the stand up was ready just sfter i got out of that number stand up, which means it wasnt lt clearly wasnt cleaned. Beds are a little outdated.
Staff was nice, not a huge selection of lotions.

Prices are great--but then you see why once you pay for your package.. Very small, not many beds and ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT--not the cleanest.

I LOVE tanners that have rooms equipped (for guests) with spray bottles and cloths to wipe down beds for their own sanity, HOWEVER--A LOT of these girls are very lazy and DO NOT clean beds before sending a customer in--because I'm sure every person who gets out of the tanning bed cares about the sign that says to clean your own--That is ridiculous to me!!!! I went in the level 6 last week (after the salon FINALLY re-opened days after the door sign said they would) and wiped my bed clean, like always---all I could see on the towel was bronzer. GROSS--unnaceptable and VERY dangerous.

When I first bought this package, the manager told me a lot of people were moving to their salon from "European Tan" because of the price difference--
Ha!!!-well, considering its obviously unsanitary, not enough beds, AND you're always closing the doors, you WILL lose that business. Id rather pay $50 more for a package at 'European Tan' knowing that MY BED IS CLEAN and all the bulbs work as well then pay any amount of money to ever tan in that place again.

After the first time I walked in the door I haven't tanned anywhere else. Smiling faces with a super clean atmosphere! Love love love them!

Although alot of beds are down due to being cracked,i love this salon. Theres barely ever a wait,maybe twice ive waited up to 10 minutes but its worth it. Ive established a decent tan in just 4 visits. The girls there are also real friendly.

Love the beds, cleanliness & friendly employees but they are closed down at least 2 to 3 times each Summer!!! Ridiculous!! Spend your money somewhere else!! Very aggregating!!!

Nice environment staff friendly bed can be a bit too hot. But all in all great place and price is definitely on point

There s always bulbs burnt out in every bed! I went into a bronzing bed a fried, I don t think they change there bulbs:/

Electrical problems 2 years in a row? Why dont you just call it what it is? Your staff is on Spring break and your paying customers get screwed. Thanks

Been open for years always a customer..i worked at TropI Tan which was a 1/2 mile down the road. We were considered alot cleaner only because we had one more girl working and we'd switch and do computer or clean beds..they have less beds at TROPIC but for the price and history THEY rock...

Thought it was a good place to tan until they keep locking the doors and not letting customers know whats goin on..this is the second time this has happend not to good for business. Sign say open again on the 11th of what month?????

im disappointed because i use to love this place the girls are very sweet i bought a package and couldn t even finish it nor will i return back i caught a serious skin infection here usually i clean the beds before and after i tan but i forgot and within 24 hrs i caught the skin infection

LOVE this place. Cheap prices and amazing staff!!!! 10/10 would recommend. Also, tons of lotion and different types of packages to choose from!

Never seem to be able to use full monthly package ,always closing early or not open, not clean ,Always a problems,either no heat in winter no electricity in the summer, bulbs burnt out, only a few beds up an running .Jack would be disappointed in the way his step child has not been keeping the place up ..found another great friendly place to tan at

used to be a nice place . half the beds do not work . cheap though. you get what you pay for

Good deal on monthly tanning.$25 for unlimited for the month. a clean place. And very nice girls that work there.
