Fox Pool Management Review

I've had a really good experience working for Fox... no reason to rate them any lower.

The staff are ALWAYS available and highly knowledgable. They are quick to react if any issues arise and maintain a very safe and well taken care of pool for my community! I have called on a Sunday evening at 6 with a question and not only did I not get a voicemail (which I was expecting), they dispatched a regional manager to come help me with my filter system that same evening. Top notch customer service and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I am a resident at Heritage Orchard Hill located in Perkasie. Today was my first day at the pool. I inquired if the pool had a management company and was told by the life guard Fox Pool Management. By far, the physical condition of this pool was one of of the worst I have ever seen in operation. I hope this is the exception and not the standard for Fox Pool.
Tile were missing in the skimmer openings exposing jagged edges. There were no weirs in the skimmers and most skimmer baskets were broken. (I question if the skimmers were even operational). A considerable amount of grouting was missing between the tile line and coping stones, again, exposing jagged edges. Plastic expansion joints around the deck of the pool were cracked or broken exposing sharp edges. All the above-mentioned are safety hazards. Having over 15 years of teaching swimming pool management and working in the industry, I question how this facility ever passed a county/state pre-opening inspection!

This pool company was by far the worst management company in the 12 years I've been using our residential pool. The lifeguards they hired were inept at best. While the lifeguards were friendly and polite, they were only interest in hanging out with the friends they made while they were supposed to be working, including girlfriends. I once took a pic of one lifeguard snuggling with a girl while he was supposed to be watching the pool. Someone could have easily drowned and the guards wouldn't know. We fired one guard for sleeping on the job, the first week on the job. Fox Pool Management was unable to manage their guards. They also failed to enforce the wristband rules and let anyone enter and swim in the private pool. Fox Pool Management would always commit to doing better, but it never happened. They are unable to manage the people they hire. Eventually, all of the residents in the developed began to complain. We were glad when the summer and contract ended. This year's management company is much more professional and they actually supervise their lifeguards on a weekly basis.

I m a resident of Village Shires and am a regular at Pool 1. The Pool is always so clean and well maintained. Danny does an awesome job everyday to ensure it s cleanliness. The Lifeguards are wonderful! They are very helpful in resolving any issues, are friendly and always welcoming. Thank you! I will miss seeing you all at the end of summer.

Excellent Management Company, easy to communicate with , someone is always in the office to answer our questions and concerns. They make you feel as if you are their only client!

Worked here as a lifeguard to then be promoted to assistant manager. If you work hard, you will always be recognized and given opportunities to progress within the company. Left my job at a retirement home to come work here and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The management is great...sadly some of the lifeguards do not pay attention to the pool. They are quick to fix the problem if the lifeguards are inattentive. For example, a lifeguard at the pool I go to, was on her phone excessively and laying down on the ground and did not have her eyes on the pool or the people in it. Anyone could have drown at any moment and she would never have known. May I add there were over 8 small children in the pool at one point during the weekend. Thankfully, everyone was safe. Again, wonderful management, but very few attentive lifeguards.

I ve been working here for the past week and I couldn t be more glad that I quit my previous job. Even though my work requires less manual labor, I make a dollar more per hour than at my previous job. Danny is a great manager and helps me be motivated and attentive while lifeguarding. The company spares no expense, even Ubering me to training.

I worked for this company for three years. I worked over 20 pools each summer that sometimes were 40 mins away. They can't handle the scheduling part of the job. I had another guard once tell me it doesn't matter if you clean the pools or do anything. Guards are apathetic towards their work. Managers have attitudes. Basically just meh.

I have worked as an employee here as a lifeguard, then an assistant manager, then a manager, and I have enjoyed each position. A great company that truly cares about their employees and will promote those who earn a promotion, they do not let good work go unnoticed. Will do whatever it takes to keep the water looking great and to help out their employees, no slacking here.

Great management company, will go above and beyond for their customers

They are awesome. I had a dead raccoon at the bottom of my pool and they came out in a hurry. They were so much cheaper than the competition.
