A baker with responsibility!

Here, attention is paid to sustainability. Recently, there are paper bags for everything and self-dissolving "plastic bags" made of corn starch. The additional price is borne by the customers, but a reduction of the plastic waste is important for us and all future generations!

On the craft: Henrik and Mette work very traditional. No chemicals, natural raw materials and basic ingredients (if available in organic quality). Various sourdoughs (wheat and rye) are used for the natural driving force. Long cooking in the proofer are also included.
Here a lot of work is put into a dough, which reflects the dough to the customer in the form of round and full taste.



Coffee specialties, smoked breads, juices and water complete the range.



Price wise, this baker is located higher, but taste and the effort that Henrik and Mette operate, have its price.

Really a delicious baker, some of the best I've tried. The price is pricey, but not if you look at the quality. Delicious sandwiches, good sausage horns and insanely good rum balls. Worth a visit

Terrific. First of all, the service is great. Wait for a while, and magic starts. The selection is huge. Bread, rolls, cakes, biscuits, everything the Danish bakery has to offer can be found here. Not only does it look great, it's super fresh and tasty. From wholegrain to puff pastry, everything is there. And you can sit down and drink a good coffee. Oh yes, the service is multilingual. Tack

Had very tasty looking stuff. Unfortunately not what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I found that 4 kilometers beyond the border apparently no German understood or spoken.

Bread from the floor! Bought bread tomorrow as I asked to have sliced. The clerk dropped the bread on the floor, looked at me and then she picked it up and sliced it to me. Polite as you are, I didn't say anything but paid for it. So it is disgusting and poor service!

Great bread, but too few virgins to dispatch, giving long wait once in a while
