Great example of nose to the grindstone small business success. Perfectly located across from the HersheyPark Amusement Park, it's a grant stop to sample homegrown brews, take a brewery tour and grab a bite to eat.

Fantastic beer and fantastic food. It is a little pricey if you are purchasing said beer, however it would be totally worth the cost of you want some high quality excellent beer. The service here is excellent and fast as well even with a large crowd. Can'tenough, if you are in the Hershey Park area this is a must go to destination. If there was an option for a half a star I would definitely give it they deserve a 4.5 and if it was not for the price would get a 5/5.

With dL We were so excited to share this experience with our Danish guest only to be turned away. Needless to say we will no longer buy the beer.

Very nice atmosphere, but the nice special beers are not available in flights because they are bottle only. There's a nice self guided tour. And decent size gift shop with nice merchandise. It was a bit crowded, but service was very quick and we found a place to sit. Bathroom was clean and good size. I would give five stars if you could choose all the beers for a flight instead of half of them.

I love troegs. They brew several of my favorite beers. Today was my first experience at the brew pub in Hershey. I will probably not return. Food is over priced, very yummy, but over priced. Not to mention, the whole place is set up like a cafeteria. Waited in line 40 minutes just to place our order, then another 30 minutes to receive it. While waiting, had to walk up to the bar, wait in line, yet again, to order our drinks. Sorry, if I'm paying over 50 dollars for 2 people to have lunch and 2 drinks, i at least expect to be served. Troegs beer is awesome, I wouldn't waste my time at the pub.

I had a buddy in town who is also a 100% disabled vet and went here. I have a lung disease and asthma and clearly stated to the staff that I did. When I wear a mask it immediately creates breathing problems. I was asked to leave and pushed to the door. I repeatedly told them what the problem was from the beginning to end. It was like I spoke another language. There was no room for any kind of discussion except "it is the law." This used to be my favorite spot but the way this all happened was terrible and embarrassing.

This is the second time coming here while visiting p.a. the first time we went on the tour which I highly recommend. Unfortunately, the first time we didnt eat there. After visiting nit only were they helpful in the store with a question I had we stopped to eat. The brisket was delicious.

This place is amazing. Empty in my photo, but I went on Saturday at 2pm and the place was packed. I still got my first beer in under a minute and my food in 30 mins. Great, knowledgeable staff. Amazing beer and great food. If you are in the area you have to go.

PS the WiFi is useless and there's almost no reception inside so talk to your friends and enjoy yourselves.

Really cool brewing company with a huge selection of beer. The atmosphere is chill, industrial, and cool. You can do a walking tour of the brewery with a beer in hand, and there's a mini art gallery upstairs. I love this place!

Troegs physical location is a sprawling brewery with taproom situated minutes from the main attractions in Hershey. You ll find a gift shop with plenty of swag and bottles to take home, indoor and outdoor seating area, and a solid selection of food ranging from beer pretzels to foie gras. The whole place has that popular industrial chic vibe with ample seating, mainly at community tables, and some original art.

Their beer list brings you all year-round brews, a few seasonal selections, and their exclusive scratch series. Order flights, drafts, or bottles sours and head for the separate food window to grab a bite. Expect a buzzer so you start on the beer while you wait. Their staff, including bartenders, were all knowledgeable and friendly. In hindsight, we wish we would ve left time for their brewery tour which ranks top 10 in the nation. Troegs is definitely worth a visit!

Very enjoyable experience, the only downside was the food. The brewery itself has a very unique and open atmosphere. We did not get to eat the food because the menu didn't seem appetizing, there was a lot of items but lots with very different ingredients. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable, overall very cool!

Nice big spacious place. Parking is small but keeping making loops and you will find a spot. Beers are good, if visiting for the first time get a flight always good to try a few different. To top it food is amazing! Small plates to large to sandwiches and dessert. Outside seating with heater!

I love the layout of the brewery and the customer service has never been less than superb. You'll see the typical price gauging for gift shop items, but the selection of gear is at least fun to look it. Mad Elf, Troegenator, and Field Study IPA make me a fan for the long term!

We had a family 'brunch' here and wasn't disappointed. Prices are a bit much but it's backed up with taste and experience. Of course anyone comes here for the beer. There are plenty of choices for anyone. Try their Scratch Series as you probably won't find it elsewhere. This place is family friendly but it can be busy. Be ready to wait for a table or be willing to share with strangers. (Maybe this was meant to be) I imagine that parking can be ugly at times but we didn't have any issues. If you're a beer drinker. Make time for a visit here. You won't be disappointed.

When you first enter the building its like being in a factory atmosphere. They don't take reservations and you need to find and figure out your own seating arrangements. If you don't mind sharing space with others (our group had 5 people) which is what you'll be doing if you want a seat during the busy evenings. The bar area is an expansive wooden bar where you get your beer. The brewery was out of the beer we first wanted to order, so we had to take our second choice. How is a brewery out of a beer???? The bartenders where very nice and helpful. Next to the bar is a small area with an A la carte configuration where you can order your food. While there were a couple of draw backs, I have to say, the food was excellent and the beer was tasty. Who ever the CHEF is can really cook because our meals were delicious. My friends and I thought is was a wonderful experience and we'll be going again.

The racial profiling in this place is so exhausting. I use to love coming in this place however those moments have come to an end. I'll be exiting right and heading over to Boneshire Brewery where there is a variety of culturally aware individuals, intelligent conversation and amazing Brews

We stopped Troegs on the way back to home from a trip. We really like it, all the beer we ordered are pretty good. they have a big outdoor beer garden, feel safe to visit there during covid19.

The people who work there are very friendly.
I fogot my scarf on the chair, they found it and mailed back to me. Thank you.

My family and I had a great time at Troegs Brewing Company in Hershey, PA. I advise everyone to take the tasting tour if you can; it's not only a lot of fun, it's also very educational. Then, don't forget to hit the "snack bar" for some delicious high end food to complement your beer order. Great staff, super customer service, and delicious beer. Perfect.

We took a guided tour, which was great. The guide was knowledgeable, and we tested several beers.

The food was good, but the menu is all over the place for a snack bar . The menu seems to be more appropriate for a traditional sit-down restaurant. I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup. My husband had a brisket burger. The menu also includes everything from lamb rack with grits to hot dogs for the kids. Food is served fast casual, with only one cashier, and I stood in line for an hour waiting to order. The food came out quickly once I ordered, probably within 15 minutes.

A food truck was outside, but it had a different, less comprehensive, menu than the snack bar.

If you go on a Saturday, go before 4 pm. Seating was hard to find and the ordering line was really long between 4:00 and 8:15 pm.

They are adding a second bar on the second story, which should improve flow/seating.

Staff were amazingly friendly/helpful considering how busy everyone was.

Amazing variety, great environment and amazing tour guides. Really good samples and great food. Make sure to Branch out and try new things off the menu. Also, a couple one-of-a-kind sites on the tour or well worth the $5.

Staff were friendly and helpful when trying to choose a beer and root beer to purchase. Was very crowded on Saturday when we first went, returned on a Thursday around 11 and the staff were able to assist us more.

As you first walk in you are hit with the awesome smell of a brewery mid session. There are plenty of beers to try on tap at the huge bar, some you can't find anywhere else. Food is offered at the snack bar like kitchen and is unique and fitting the style of a brewery. Don't miss this place while at the park or especially during the AACA fall meet.

A group of us visiting this place for drinks and food before going to see a hockey game in Hershey. The food and beer were both delicious! We also took the brief tour of the brewery which was interesting. I recommend this place if you enjoy a unique selection of very strong beers.

This is, hands down, the coolest brewery I have been to. The layout, design, and space are all phenomenal. The food is excellent, the beer is phenomenal, and the pricing is very reasonable. Our party of 5 all got a beer and shared appetizers, getting completely stuffed, for only $60. If you do decide to visit, be sure to go on the guided tour (and book online before you go!). You get a beer to start, tastings throughout, and a glass at the end. It's well worth the money, and it's really fun. Don't miss the opportunity to visit next time you're in Hershey!

Unique place, awesome bar food, menu constantly changes with new selections which keeps me and others coming back for more. Their beers are legendary, I love the Dream Weaver wheat, I am not a fan of IPA's but others go bat feces crazy over them especially the Nugget Nectar. The operations here are a bit unorthodox however, you pick your own seat if you want a beer server you can get one but you gotta order your own food and go pick it up at the counter. Don t feel the need to tip well because YOU are doing most of the serving here...

The self-guided tour is a neat interactive experience. That, combined with the tasting room with a variety of delicious food and brews to try from leaves me wanting to come back again and again!

Great selection of micro brews trumped only by the choice and quality of there menu items. We had the lamb ribs over grits smothered in red-eye gravy with a poached egg and an order of duck confit. Delicious. $$

Amazing Plant tour. This is a must if you love beer and love the processes of making beer. Free samples as you wait and awesome beer geek Bob gave us the tour. Real intimate experience, almost like you are becoming part of the family. For a small fee, I toured the plant drank 3 beers (one direct from the line) and got a souvenir glass.

Don t forget to have a bite to eat at their amazing kitchen and hit their gift shop/bottle shop.

We visited Troegs on a Friday afternoon for a tour of the brewery. We weren't sure what time we'd get there, so we didn't book a tour online but thankfully the staff squeezed us in as walk-ins! The tour is well worth the $5 (per person, must be over 21) and make sure you grab some food after at the snack bar (we enjoyed the Poutine fries)! The tour lasted about an hour and takes you through the brewery while going over the process of making beer. At a few points we got to sample beer, and even try different types of grains! We enjoyed our and would suggest it to friends! They even gave us a sweet souvenir glass at the end.

Had an awesome time at the brewery yesterday. Enjoyed the tasting tour and the tour-guide was very informative and a great representative for the brewery. Our group enjoyed the variety of beers served and the waitress we had was very good natured and pleasant. We all enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back for another great experience. Congratulations to the proprietors for creating such great tasting beers and having an equally enjoyable place to enjoy them and excellent food!
