We took a guided tour, which was great. The guide was knowledgeable, and we tested several beers.

The food was good, but the menu is all over the place for a snack bar . The menu seems to be more appropriate for a traditional sit-down restaurant. I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup. My husband had a brisket burger. The menu also includes everything from lamb rack with grits to hot dogs for the kids. Food is served fast casual, with only one cashier, and I stood in line for an hour waiting to order. The food came out quickly once I ordered, probably within 15 minutes.

A food truck was outside, but it had a different, less comprehensive, menu than the snack bar.

If you go on a Saturday, go before 4 pm. Seating was hard to find and the ordering line was really long between 4:00 and 8:15 pm.

They are adding a second bar on the second story, which should improve flow/seating.

Staff were amazingly friendly/helpful considering how busy everyone was.
