Never been to a more professionally run store. Staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pools. The owner is also great. Always so friendly and always remembers customers names very well. I would hands down suggest this store to any one who is new to pools or looking to owning a pool!
I guess you would say I almost had a run in with one of their trucks today.
Without looking the driver at a fast rate of speed pulled out in front of me from a side street on to Confederation St causing me to slam on my brakes . A car coming the opposite direction also had to come to a complete stop.
The driver continued to speed( as if to get away from me so I could not see who it was) doing well over the posted limit. If this is the typical attitude of your employees I would take my business elsewhere
Triton boasts excellent service and a friendly knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.
I am amazed that more people don't check there pools and use professionals like Triton. I have had my most recent pool for 7 years. I look at other people, and their liners are faded and look worn out from using the wrong stuff. Go to Triton, ask for help and they will make sure you are looked after. Even try amazon prices, for the same product these guys are priced right and they are local. Paula and Mark are awesome!
For years I used Triton for all my regular pool maintenance and I was very happy with the service, so when I moved and wanted a new pool installed they were my first choice.
While as it turns out I should have done more research as my experience was not a good one.
My project was supposed to start early spring and finish in approximately 4-5 weeks (weather permitting).
Turns out it started almost 8 weeks late, and took almost double the estimated time to complete. Triton is basically a general contractor who subs out most work to other pool contractors who were busy with their own customers, and this resulted in numerous delays.
I was very disappointed not only with the constant delays but also the quality of the work that was performed. When I tried to discuss what was needed to fix the unsatisfactory workmanship it took Triton less than a week to seek legal action.

Rude female owner, I went to pick up my order for "curbside" only to be told to get out of my car pay and get my order. For medical reasons I cannot lift any of these items and mentioned what is curbside then, if all I'm doing is using the back of your store instead of the front. Then a lady noticeably mad opens my back door while I'm paying from my car, throws in my $200.00 order and slams my new car door. I look back to make a comment after being told they are too busy and noticed it was the owner! Was so shocked to be treated like this when we are trying to support locally, if your that busy at 3:00 on a Wed. get more staff. Look up the definition of curbside like all the other businesses. Your staff are always friendly you could learn from them!
I have been using Triton Pools for years and have noticed that the service has been declining. Today was the worst experience ever. I went to talk to Paula regarding a replacement part for my pool and gave her the part number. She told me that was not the part number it was the serial number and sold me a part for $300.00. I went home and immediately saw it was not the same as the part I required. I returned to the store within 20 minutes of my purchase and she refused to do anything for me saying all sales are final. Even though she was the one who sold me the wrong part she was not even willing to credit me for the $300.00. Customer service is disgraceful and I will not ever recommend them. Very disgraceful and not the way to run a business.
Highly recommend Triton! Paula and Mark are very pleasant to deal with including the rest of the team. We started using them a couple years ago. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to close our pool earlier than we expected and Paula worked with me to get it done quickly. I believe it might have been the next day or day after they came in and closed it all up.. Prior to that we had an unfortunate breakage in our skimmer line from another company that limited our pool use. Triton repaired the break and they have been a great support! They saved our pool life. Mark and his team are reliable, efficient and clean and never leave a mess behind. Very happy customers.
