I literally just bit into a black piece of plastic. Awesome choco-nut trail mix.
I bought 2 bags of yogurt pretzels. I opened them to put them in a sealed plastic bag to keep fresh and the inside of the first bag smelled horrid. Not sure what it smells like. Someone said paint. I think paint smells better. But it is a chemical smell and that can t be good. The second bag smelled fine.
The smelly bag was from lot 139688. Best used by 1/24/20.
Second bag with no smell is lot 146427. Best used by 05/28/20.

My only experience is with IFC sunflower seeds (for cooking and eating). They were excellent.
Horrible customer service. I ordered and only recieved half my order. I notified the company and they said to check with ups. The items shipped together and half got lost. Ups even said it. The company refuses to send a replacement or refund the money. This is almost 2 months since i ordered. They refuse to fix the situation and seem to not care. I wouldn't recommend at all.
I did my 1st order. 10 pounds Barley, Orange lentils, Green Lentils and wheat Berries. Even with the shipping it was the best price of anything I have found. I received the box in less than a week. It was delivered by UPS to the apartment office. After seeing some of the reviews I called their phone line. They picked up. I carefully inspected the plastic resealable bags looking for anything odd. I found nothing. My guess is with the amount of product they move and the low margins, occasionally mistakes will happen which is reflected in some of the negative reviews. Every order is a test. Regards.
