I ve have had the pleasure of dealing with American Document Solutions for over six years now, and I have to say that not only are they very prompt in dealing with any issues that may arise. The staff is well trained and professional. I've dealt with Victor, Edgar, Kevin, Kristine, Richie, Tim Sr, and Tim Jr. just to name some of my favorite staff. I have dealt with many companies and I have to say that ADS has far exceeded by expectations in every way. Their customer service, sales and technology departments are outstanding. I have no problem recommending American Document Solutions to anyone, I give them five plus stars in every area. They always go out of their way to please the customer.

We have used ADS for years for our multifunction copier. When we started with them, they gave us great advice on which machine would meet the needs of my law practice. The machine that we leased from them is extremely affordable and has provided consistently reliable service. The technician that provides us with technical support, Victor Noren, is extremely competent and personable and a pleasure to have in our corner. He responds to our service needs immediately and is an expert at setting up the equipment so that scanning and printing can be easily accomplished from the machine to all of the computers in our office. I would enthusiastically recommend ADS to anyone seeking advice on how to meet the needs of their business in the most cost effective way. They are a great company with great customer service and technical support and will exceed your expectations.

Great experience with Serge. No pressure sales and he got me what I needed and he beat my last lease price. The service has been great and we have not had any issues so far. Highly recommended.

I had numerous questions for the salesman before executing the purchase order for our latest machine, and Rob answered all of my questions thoroughly.
