20 Min drive from airport. Our guests when visited bbsr we made them stay here and they afterwards told us that place has everything which one may require

Had a very comfortable stay. No hassles or any hiccups.
Our spoc was Mr. Zachariah. He was very accommodating as per our requirements (booked it for the wedding). I dont remember him saying no for any of our requests and trust me they were plenty. Quite impressive.

A pointer for the team, since they have just entered into retail events like weddings etc apart from their usual corporate service, A wider/elaborate menu would go a long way.

Like all Oberois and Tridents, this hotel really surprises you. Can't praise the staff enough for their courtesy and the personal touch. The gym instructor, the pool instructor, reception staff, resturant staff, you name it and they exceede your expectations always. A MUST stay, this gem...... Food (in-room & restaurants) was top notch. They also have a bbq by the pool every evening from 1900 till 2300 hrs, which should not be missed. Keep up the good work!

It was an ok experience. Unlike the other Trident hotels that I have stayed in, this hotel seriously lacks man power. The security check at the entrance is nearly non existent. The cup of tea which I ordered during check-in never arrived. The reception did not have my Trident Privilege number updated even though I have booked online on the Trident website and called them twice before arriving. The shampoo in the bath was half used. Overall it was not what I have come to expect from a Trident hotel.

Want to have a lifetime experience for 5 star hotel then definately stay for one in this

Hospitality, staff courtesy, ambience and food extremely pleasing.. Shopping mall is available nearby.. An outdoor pool is available....

The best hotel in Bhubaneswar. Though a little pricey but worth every penny of it. Not too much crowded,lovely ambiance throughout the year. Huge parking place and well trained guards. Hotel employees are really good with amazing hospitality. Though you won't get much variety but all the dishes on the menu are well prepared and delicious. 5

nothing can match the hospitality of Oberoi group. The hotel is a 20 min. drive from the airport located at the city center. The hotel is the best business hotel in the city, and is set amidst manicured gardens and fruit orchards. It has a very good swimming pool as well.

Location is in the most suitable place. Rooms could be having ambiance as per the price. Service is pretty good

I'll tke a moment to applaud all those people working here from the start of the airport ride,the people on the front desk,in-room dining,and others working at the hotel.

This is a 5 Star luxury hotel in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha . Its a great place for your leisure trip. Good food and convenient location , has all the standard amenities you would expect in a Star hotel .Worth taking a family outing here in you next trip to Bhubaneshwar

Staff is courteous but lack in basic necessities. Although claims to be five star but no way close by in terms of basic amenities of five star. Menu is restricted after 11 PM also rooms are small , bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The basic needs of the rooms like toothpaste/ shaving kit/ iron box not available in wat way it is five star. Senior management pse review. I reiterate staff is otherwise very humble and courteous. Its one of the best hotel to live in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. They have a presedentail suite just of 15000 for one night and they serve very hygenic food too. I went to their deep freezer too where they keep all their goods and its really impressive how they were preserving those. They even have a bar too . Overall we can say that trident hotel is a very beautiful hotel but only rich guys can stay there
