Staff is courteous but lack in basic necessities. Although claims to be five star but no way close by in terms of basic amenities of five star. Menu is restricted after 11 PM also rooms are small , bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The basic needs of the rooms like toothpaste/ shaving kit/ iron box not available in wat way it is five star. Senior management pse review. I reiterate staff is otherwise very humble and courteous.
