Worst hotel ever, dirty rooms, horrible bathroom...had a very bad experience

It's a nice place to stay, room is furnished nicely, and safety & security is good, wifi is also good, this is my second time to stay here in this hotel, I will prefer to stay next time also. The only think confused me that why they need the phone number of the visitors, while they already scan the Emirates ID of this Visitors, and they already have the phone number for room owner also, so after that why they still need number for visitors, it's confused me and feel me little insecure...

Restaurant lal qila is a great place. Super delicious food, great staff. I cannot say anything about the hotel, though. I was there just for dinner

The photos are a few years old, the place has seen better days. The rooms are clean and comfortable but you have to ask for towels and a kettel. We were in the executive suite. The place and furniture is full of chips and scratches. The staff are friendly but you have to press them a bit to get things sorted. We asked them to replace the fridge as it was not working in the morning and when we got back late at night it was still not fixed, we called then twice and got a new fridge the same evening. We have to get our room keys re-activated every evening when we get back and we make sure to keep them away from other cards and phones! It is a budget hotel now, not as nice as they advertise it. Some small things like the chain safety catch does not fit in its slider, the mirror is stained and needs replacing, there are stains in the bathroom and holes in the bathroom mat, there are no plugs in the sink or bathtub. Everything is clean but the hotel needs some tlc.

The hotel was ok just the sofas were dirty they could be upgraded. The staff service could improve too. We asked for water 3 times with no response every time.

One of the worst hotels in the area. Staff is lazy, non cooperative and don't want you to help.

This hotel will go down because his staff spically female.. thisblady from reception she was the worst customer service i ever met.. her attitude in phone iwas the worst .. i give all the details in TripAdvisor you can go and read more about this lady which is not allow someone like her work in customer service and talk with the guests like that ...the last time for me coming here .. all my friends and family ill not recommended them this hotel ever

Good hotel...downton abu Dhabi...Good services...room clean and personal available anytime...corniche and Dhabi not too far...Good To go there for few nights and discover the City of Abu Dhabi...al whadda mal just near...I recommend

Ladies Hair Salon is amazing ( Aboudi Hair Stylist)

Exhaust system at the washroom was not working well or not working at all. Maintenance guy (a pinoy) was sent to check but didn't do anything just said that a poor exhaust system was normal in the hotel. Bidet had a leak so the floor was always wet. Sofa and dining chairs had stains seemed messy. Standard supplies like slippers had to be requested for. AC control was not functioning. Fridge was not cooling properly. A staff said they were sending another fridge but it never came. Under the bed, it was too filthy. Dust mites could be everywhere. No safety vault. If not for the hotel's location, spacious room and nice housekeeping staff I would generally consider it the worst hotel in Abu Dhabi. Should train them to wash or sanitize hands before changing the beddings. Two weeks was a long, sad and pricey stay in a place of this kind. Not worth it. Never be here again unless total change happens.

We booked the hotel for a wedding and a photoshoot for the bride and groom and they refused us to do that. The groom talked to the manager and they still refused to let us do that. This is not acceptable from a hotel like this. I'd expect better.

It was fantastic & lovely...the place is so clean and perfect for couples specially the suite room...

Valet parking , not sure exactly...Never saw any one on the podium dedicated for valet parking....

30 to 40 min away from Airport..

Airport shuttle service might be available on request..,make sure about the charges for it...

Cheap but rooms are fancy and neat, good hotel staff too

It deserves half a star ... the place is dirty, the furniture is old, and the smell of the lobby, corridors and rooms are slaughtering the chest, in the sense of the word ..
The parking spaces are available on the hotel description, but the correct parking is in the basement and continued for the day parking system at 15 dirhams
Even a refrigerator is not available in the room, and the TV is pure and its channels are limited ... I swear by God I would never recommend it, up to 100 dirhams per day
Curtain and bedding smell musty

Location is perfect and the rooms are spacious but the staff is not good... had to wait like an hour to get checked in and no matter how many times you call the reception from the room phone, they're not gonna respond... amenities are not enough ... we were two persons and there was only one soap (a small one ) and one towel... there were tea bags, sugar packets and coffee creamer packets but no cups (smart move from the management :P ).. no slippers in washroom (either you use your own or go barefooted) ... asked for ash-tray like 10 times but no one sent it...
Overall i would say that for the price we paid (which is quite reasonable) we got just fair service... i would like to rate this hotel 3 stars out of 5.

Its amazing hotel . Staff are so friendly and if you book at summer they always give you suite with amazing price

Budget hotel. Don't expect too much. But best price in downtown .

The cleanliness level is good, the lighting inside the rooms is very dim.

The hotel was ok ,not the better one .They need to change the sofas from the rooms because they are very dirty.They clean the rooms every day ,this is something very good for the hotel .The hotel and restaurant staff was very very friendly and ready to help you with everything you need .The Philippine girls from the restaurant they are very educated and very careful with the customers.Definitely I will go back

Location of the hotel is good and the rooms are large, but the property is not well maintained and service is inconsistent.

Worst customer service for a hotel. The man receptionists dont know how to properly treat customers. Also, they provide incomplete toiletries, for 230 worth of service, you wont have any customers come back. Furnitures, bedsheets and blankets are dirty, or old. Only one towel for 2 guests. Not cleaning well too, because we saw trash from i dont how many customers.. Diaper cover inside the drawer, it is very obvious they dont clean properly coz they didnt see it. Hair dryer in the toilet not working, they told us they will bring another but we apready checked out no one came. Definitely never coming back

I spent a days here in Trianon for some business trip, I got non smoking rooms in 703 it's a big rooms for hotels they have 2 safe box, dining tables, sofas, kings size bed, for the bathroom also big ones with bath tub, and new sanitary equipment big mirror creates rooms look even bigger, breakfast also provides here's, the only things that not match is their wallpaper that looks ages, and smells of carpet in the hallway to the room but it's okay for budget hotels in downtown, nice receptionist, and room services, thanks I'll stay here next times

Don't go to this place. Black mold and smells of mildew. But staff is nice

found two insects in the room ... couches are stained and disgusting ... very dirty rooms and got denied a refund ... checked out in the middle of the night because of how bad the room was

Affordable price hotel but room, furniture, toilet are old and not clean

Interior fitouts looks really old. Had to change one room due to loud AC noise. Staff is good and had a good sleep in a comfy bed. Location of hotel is good. Parking can be done nearby by paying Aed 15 for 24 Hrs.
