Trianon Hotels & Resorts Abu Dhabi Review

It's a budget hotel in Abu Dhabi. Rooms are neat n clean and service is also good.

Cancelled the booking as it was overbooked and asked me to come back after 1.5 hours!

I love this place because I miss moments with my honey

saftey box not working .bath tub don't have water stoper . to much dust every where .no one doing vacuming i a single day .they don't have towels .in morning i request for one bath towels at 9 30 and then guy came at 12 30
. a lots of thing to telling but i don't want to wast my time any more .only a girl on reception behaviour is very good .she know how to deal guest other bengali guy so bad .. do not stay here if u come abudhbi

It was a very bad experience.

They don't know how to talk with the guest .

There was dust everywhere. In the table .
Especially in the windows curtains

And lost and found policy

I lost my trouser there in 25 of april
In 26 of April I emailed them about that no response for my email
When I go there 27 of April they don't know about any email ..
Wow and the boy in the respiration
He say some abuse word with his colleagues. I can understand that it's in my language. So bad
I told them when you found my trouser plz . Call me or email me .

But next time I will never go in this hotel

Better to go in other like last time I visit in crystal .

Tooo slow even you cannot use whatsaap
Only the cleaner he come on time and clean the room properly .

I will suggest you all .
Don't visit in this hotel .
Pay little more money but .go in good propertie .

Rooms are large but the price is high comparing to 2 stars hotel . They don't provide any hospitality in the rooms such as water. Coffee. Tea etc.

Any body can access because the reception don't ask visitors for ID
Many black Africans ladies do prostitution

Everything was very OK and I would like to go for a second stay

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. My room's furniture was torn, the walls were cracked, only 3 lights were working (even the lamps which were supposed to work weren't working), all the plug points were American and when asked for the adaptor, that turned to be American too. Definetly a big let down for people who book the hotel by seeing the pictures on a travel website. It isn't worth any stars.

Cool. The service was excellent and superb. Beautiful room too.

It was a nice hotel to stay with the family or couple as you like it can be your needy place to be fulfilled

i dont want to reccommend this hotel.what they are putting in online picture is not really same in personal.im very this appointed.even the service to the guest is not nice.no kettle even the bathroom not clean.and the bath towel only one.only the receiving area is nice..

Not bad for a 1 star But
They charge u for extra bottles
And cleanliness is not upto the mark

Good spacious rooms and decent service!! Only concern to be is the location of plug points in the room...it's like a game of hide n seek!!

For dhs30 outsiders can access swimming pool and gym for a full day!!

This is a very basic hotel. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. Other than that, everything is low grade. Stained furnishings, poor service, everything worn, a slight lingering bad smell and no facilities.

Yikes, this place is depressing. Not a very nice hotel, and not in a very nice area of the city. Worse, it may be dangerous, as they keep the fire exit stairway blocked at the bottom, making it unusable in the event of an emergency.

The taxes at Emirates now become 25% and 20dhs for each night, but price were worth of value, rooms are big but look bit old and dated...

One of the most affordable Hotel located in the heart of the city.

Very poor service..Staff at receiption is very rude,she don't have much knowledge,poor customer service of that receptionist Tarannum .very bad behaviour not recommended at all..Even my friends stayed for experienced same behaviour from her

Compared to there overall operation a couple of years ago, I guess the hotel relegated there services to its guests as of writing this review. I visited the hotel about a year ago and I could give them 4/5 by that time but now I could barely give a 3/5. But the rooms are still fine. Location is central to food and entertainment. If its just for a short period place to stay then go ahead.

This is a hotel to have a good time with the person you love most. So you have to enjoy
