At the17th annual National Black Heritage Championships. Excellent facilities

Our kids have had swimming lessons there since they were babies. They are now confident swimmers due to the instruction, and most of all, patience from the teaching staff. The instructors work well with kids. The only hiccup is occasionally there is a swim meet going on at the same time as a lesson so the parking lot is full. Luckily the lesson is in a different pool than the meet, so there is no interference, and the staff can focus on the lesson. Great school, great facility, great teachers.

This could be one of the worst venues for fans to watch a meet I have ever been to. Unless you are on the front row of seating you miss 1/3 of the lanes in the pool. In addition, because of this, the spectators fill the isles/walkways and further block viewing by standing to try and see. To complicate further, staff randomly comes around and is extremely rude to people telling them they will get escorted out but never enforcing and randomly selecting people to target instead of sitting someone at the end of the isles to regulate the traffic. Just a miserable venue from a fans perspective. Greensboro Aquatic Center is a much better venue hands down. The other complaint I would have is the lack of consistency in their rules. We were told that no one would be allowed into the meet stands until 3:30. We arrived at 3:15 to stand in line and try to get a good seat and they had already started letting people in much earlier that 3:15 so all the all the good seats were already take . Not good customer service in my eyes and just a really poorly MANAGED facility.

For school events, I'm sure it's great. The pools are big and there are many of them. However, it's very rundown. The shower curtains are falling down, small and have mold.

3 swimming pools (1kids pool) are available. Pools are nice. Sauna is not available.

Whoever planned the stands at this pool blew it. on one course you can't see the last 5 yards going into the flip on the other course you can't see the two lanes closest to the stands unless you're in the front row

This has to be one of the most amazing facilities in the country. Its focus is on elite swimmers. Somewhat crowded class for regular year round swimmers.

The water here is very cold. People are mean. Stay away.

I liked the pool but from what I saw their team doesn't treat everyone equally
