This could be one of the worst venues for fans to watch a meet I have ever been to. Unless you are on the front row of seating you miss 1/3 of the lanes in the pool. In addition, because of this, the spectators fill the isles/walkways and further block viewing by standing to try and see. To complicate further, staff randomly comes around and is extremely rude to people telling them they will get escorted out but never enforcing and randomly selecting people to target instead of sitting someone at the end of the isles to regulate the traffic. Just a miserable venue from a fans perspective. Greensboro Aquatic Center is a much better venue hands down. The other complaint I would have is the lack of consistency in their rules. We were told that no one would be allowed into the meet stands until 3:30. We arrived at 3:15 to stand in line and try to get a good seat and they had already started letting people in much earlier that 3:15 so all the all the good seats were already take . Not good customer service in my eyes and just a really poorly MANAGED facility.
