A great crew. Very professional. They showed up on time, were quick with the packing and took good care of our furniture during the move. They did a great job of unpacking and placing the furniture where we ask them to.

Bekins did a fine job with care on the pick-up end of my move from Dublin, CA. Although I did my own packing, driver Wesley and his associates, Chris, Leslie, and Saxon, assisted me in securely packing last-minute loose items. On the delivery end, across the country in Ashburn, VA, the Wheaton Van Lines team was very professionally led by David Engulu of Boston, MA, assisted by Christian & Scott from Hyattsville, MD. All my household goods, including a console piano carried up 17 steps of stairs, arrived in very good condition. I appreciate also the front-end communication and relocation coordination led by Alex Arsenault from Livermore, CA.

We had read all the horror stories online about people s moving experiences and ours couldn t have been better! The loading process took longer than expected by 4 hours but the results were stellar- during the whole process only one wine glass was broken. We filled half of a van and moved 500 miles- the workers were friendly and efficient. Once our stuff was loaded it stayed in the same van with the same driver and assistant. Bekins had the best price of the companies were checked and after the van was loaded and weighed less than the estimate we were charged less. I would recommend Bekins to everyone

Bekins made our move so easy and stress-free! The cost was very reasonable. They packed everything and moved everything in just a couple of days. Everyone was so nice, professional and efficient! We highly recommend Bekins for any move!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my fourth interstate move in fifteen years. Moved with all the major carriers: Allied, United, etc. This was my first move with Bekins and it was the worst. Never again. Driver and crews that loaded and unloaded were great. Corporate team uncommunicative. Tri Valley uncommunicative. They didn t estimate move correctly so I had an overflow load on a second truck total disaster. Nobody knew anything and would not provide updates. Dana was an outstanding exception - she would call when she had info on delivery for second truck. I would never ever use Bekins again.

Had an amazing experience with Bekins. They were super flexible on my pick-up times/dates and their storage is priced extremely competitively. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs movers, especially if you need storage space!
