Place is great overall. As a sound recordist, my main concern was reverberation and late reflections. Actual studio spaces aren't bad.
Not sure how well protected the roof is from rain noise.
Big minus, for a place that provides space for commercial and film authors they should consider using one of the smaller rooms for isolated both for sound recording only. It'd give this studio a great advance imo.

Was there for filming of an upcoming show. The staff was great. Large crowd lined up on a hot day to get in and every 15 minutes or so they walked the line with cold water. Was a great touch. No on site parking for guests however they had arranged for parking at a nearby mall. Parking was free. All on all was a great experience. Would go again
